I like Lilly and Annabel but I'd change the spelling to Lily and Annabelle

I definitely think you should stay away from having twins with the same initial. My sisters had problems with both being a J and my DH & FIL have the same three initials and so get mixed up all the time!

Also, I am not sure if I caught your drift - is your surname Black? If so, I would definitely stay away from "colour" names - Scarlett and Sienna. You would be calling your daughter "Red Black"!

I always wanted two little girls to call Sarah and Hannah. Unfortunately for me DD received neither name! But I do love Amelia, and I would like Lily spelt with only one L though.

Congratulations on twin girls! Exciting times ahead! I love the names Scarlett and Sienna but agree with the same initial thing so my other name would be Amelia. Good luck

I think same initials with twins is nice, thats jmo though. Also when I get bank statements i am always adressed by my first name middle initial and last name, but these days it is more likely to get bankstatements sent to your email or check them online, so i don't think it would be much of a problem.

I still think Lucy and Lily or Scarlett and Sienna are lovely and go together well
