    I always said if I had twin girls I'd called them Charlotte and Francesca, but Charlee & Frankee for short.

    I think Scarlett and Sienna are beautiful names. But when they get older and both have mail arriving at home (eg bank statements) having 2 Miss S Jones (or whatever your surname) might get confusing.

    So maybe Amelia and Sienna? Or Scarlett and Hannah?

    Yes. Mis S Black and Miss S Black may get a bit confusing.
