Thumbs up About our Expert, Karen Inge

Karen Inge, Accredited Practising Dietitian and nutrition adviser to Jalna Dairy Foods, is well known as the nutrition writer for the Australian Women's Weekly for over 17 years.

Her comments on food and nutrition regularly appear on television current affairs and news programs, on radio, plus in newspapers and magazines.

Karen Inge won the Food Media Club Award for Best Nutrition Writer for her book 'Let's Eat Right! For Families' and also wrote 'Food, Fitness and Feeling Good'.

She has a weekly radio 3AW segment and also advises food industry clients. Her work in sports nutrition was recognized when she was the first dietitian to be made a Fellow of Sports Medicine Australia and she is an inaugural Fellow of Sports Dietitians Australia.

Karen will be available throughout September to answer your child nutrition questions - particularly regarding feeding solids to babies - FREE of charge. A great opportunity to get world-class advice at no cost!

Karen will be online at least twice a week. She'll answer posts that have been made since her last visit at that time.
