Okay. I GOT MY STAT RESULTS. I would have liked better of course. But i will settle happily for what i got. Overall percentile of 80.6. So there you go. Now to wait and see if it is good enough to get in.
    Hey kewok,
That's awesome about your STAT results. I doing mine tomorrow, so starting to freak slightly. I had a go at the practise one - boy, I only got 39 out of the 70 eeekkk! As I said earlier - I'm crap at maths, so I don't think I'll waste too much time on these, and focus on what I am good at.

I got my Stat results also!!! I only got 72.6 percentile, but I still think that is pretty good Congrats on your results Kewok!! Sorry I've been MIA for awhile. I did sit this test same time as you, I didn't finish though, think I left about 6 questions blank. Do you know if Deakin does early offers?

Good luck Dannann. I was told to answer all the ones I knew and then go back to the others. However i really struggled to do that as I am a 'in order' person. I was fine until people started leaving. The whispers, chairs scraping then the total panic that I had not finished and they had screwed up my last 10 or so answers. I just went blank and found them really hard to answer.

    MRSKB 72.6 is great.

I think we always want to have done better. (I was trying to not rush, but in the end that undid me. I feel that those last questions were likely 50/50 chance of getting right). Pretty normal for most people. We did it now we wait. Hopefully it is enough.

I just know Mid is hard to get in to, so i am pretty nervous.

Early offers in Deakin are usually for people with a prior degree. Mature aged students(I believe) have little chance of an early offer without the prior degree.

I could be wrong but I am sure this is what they said at the Deakin open day.

I've just completed my Open Foundation at Uni to try to get the marks required to enter Midwifery. The marks are HIGH (92.1%) so not sure how I'll go but fingers crossed! If I dont get in, I have nursing as my back up choice so either way i'll do it.
I just did my last exam today and what a relief!

Hi all, Congrats to all that got early offers. I got an early offer from VU for BNursing! Very happy!! It is my 3rd pref however, so hoping to still get Deakin in Main round offers but we'll see. Either way I will be studying nursing next year and juggling 3 kids.

    Hey!!
ACU was my 4th preference after 1- Nursing/Mid at Deakin Geelong, 2- Nursing at Deakin Geelong, 3- Nursing/Mid at Deakin Melbourne. I am going to enrol at ACU but still hope for Deakin! VU was next choice after ACU for me. Congrats on the early offer!! Doesn't it feel good to know you will get to go somewhere?!
