I started on the Biggest Loser ones the other day.
I don't like the vanilla one but the choc and banana ones are yum.
I found that if I mix them with tap water, they go kinda gritty.
But mixed with ice cold water they mix much better and frothy.
I had one for breakfast at 8.30am and wasn't feeling hungry until about 1pm.
Then I had one for lunch the next day at 12.30pm and didn't get hungry until 6pm.
I'm still about 5-7 kgs heavier than my pre pregnancy weight and I'm finding it hard to get rid of.
So we'll see how this goes.
My sister is on the rapid loss ones and she likes them.

Well I've lost another three kilos. Very inspiring as I had a bad weekend and a slow start to the week being AF week caused the slow start then it all fell off in the last couple if days including 1.5 last night.

Fichicken I am off to the doctors today about getting some duromine how is it I am eating right and the weight isn't shifting even with shakes I'm finding it hard to loose weight and it's affecting me mentally too. I have not rushed into this I have given it lots of thought and research I am ready to loose weight but am struggling to get started as I feel so heavy and awkward and am struggling I have never been this heavy and my body is letting me have it and telling me it's time so I'd I can shift some kilos I know I will do it. So what symptoms if any have you had is it best to take it in the morning good luck all of you
