    Good morning Pixel,

Thank you for info, I have also looked at ATO website and thought it was a possibility that expenses could be claimed.

I am with Nurture and they have been nothing but fantastic with their communication and responses. However, it is disappointing to hear that their database isn't entirely up to date! My donor is unproven and that was fine with me, as her profile was so perfect for us I would have chosen her either way.

I have my fingers crossed that your hubby makes a rapid recovery and you don't come down with a nasty bug for your trip home.

And of course wishing, hoping and praying for you that you get some great news soon xxx

    Have a great day everyone.

    HI girls,

I emailed Dr Wiswedel and now I have a reply!!!!!! John's sperm is fine for ICSI, yes I need a booster Rubella shot and now I have a contract from CFC. Still waiting on my donor form to be approved and signed from EDSA but I at least have some progress.

January and Sunny....I am trying to catch up to you girls! Hope we are all over there at the same time, freezing our butts off and having a catch up over a hot chocolate!

    Donna x

    Hi Ladies,

hey Laned thinking of you, Jed and Pixel.
Donna - I had to laugh when I read your post, it does get frustrating when you don't hear back. I understand they are flat out but maybe if they are taking on so many clients they should think about hiring more assistants for the assistants! I am also waiting for emails from EDSA and Cyndi.
Quick question, I have tried sending my results by email but it keeps telling me it was undelivered. Cyndi told me to fax it to her but the fax keeps coming up busy! What did you ladies do when sending lots of paperwork? Any advice appreciated.
Thanks ladies, hey how's this weather in Perth
    Cartia x

Cartia - I had the exact same problem....I just emailed my results over in about 3 or 4 emails instead of one huge email....it worked!!

DJ - I heard from Dr Wiswedel late last night....he told me that Cyndi would send me an email tonight explaining what the next step is.

BB4Me - Im was in exactly the same situation as you (luggage). I bought a suitcase and hand luggage last week for a really good price. The suitcase stands at 80cm high (cant remember the full measurements, I pick it up on the weekend) and it only weighs 3.5kilos (fabulous, more shopping over there!)...was $299 but on sale for $179. Hand luggage (need one to bring back CFC drugs), was $89 but got it for $35. If you would like more details or where I bought it, feel free to PM me.

    Hi Everyone.

    Hi everyone,

To the future travelers how exciting for you all.

Jed your babies have a really strong mum who is doing everything in her power to keep them in a bit longer, my cousin was born 18yrs ago this year weighing 492.7gm (our butter weighed more) @ 22wks he is now 6' 6" it's hard to imagine he was that tiny, technology has come along in leaps and bounds and you will be a fantastic mum when they get here.

laned my little cherub was born c-section breach bum down folded in half and spent time in the nursery - yes it is a bit scary but it is the best place for her/him to be.

Please forgive my ignorance in this as I haven’t had IVF and I’m jumping into ED feet first and I would like to ask CFC some questions first.

    1. Do I need a referral
    2. Do they do embryo donation
    3. Do they have an egg bank is it easy to access if something goes wrong
    4. Do they have a sperm bank on site or do they use another sperm bank like Androcryos
    5. Do they do the PGD test

If anyone has any advice about these questions or if there is other questions that I should ask please let me know. Thank you.

    Kind Regards. Babywish

Ladies, I would also like to know more information whether our medical expenses can be claimed. ANY information would be appreciated, as I was under the impression that none of it can be claimed.

    Hi everyone,

So excited donor has made her first screening appointment

BABYWISH313 - The best way to find out the answers to your questions is to email CFC direct. One of the doctors will probably get back to you quite quickly. They are really helpful.

PIXEL - hope you have a terrific flight home and get plenty of sleep

SUNNY15 - great job maintaining the roll call

    Bye for now
