Default 17 months between C/sections...what to expect.

I will be having another c/s with this baby and DS2 will be 17 months old so just wondering if I will experience any pain at the scar site or anything like that? The nurses told me to give it a 2 year gap before we started TTC but I didn't want to... haha.

I'm not sure as I've only had the one CS but my OB told me I only needed to wait 1 year (18 months ideally) before having another.
Sometimes I'd buy Vogue instead of dinner. I just felt it fed me more.

A friend of mine only has 16 months between her girls and both where c sections. As far as I know she hasn't had any problems.
    Sure you will be fine.

    Hi !!

I have 14 months between my two , both c sections and not a problem at all , my first c section was fantastic but this one was even better even though I didn't think that could be possible .

No pain at my scar and my OB even neatened it up for me during DD 's birth as she wasn't happy with how it had healed abit lumpy , good luck !!!

I'm five months in and really loving this age gap , it feels so special to have two beautiful babies that still rely on mum so much :-)

I have 14 months between my two boys and everything went great no problems at all. There is 26 months between my youngest boy and my little girl and things didn't go so well. The surgeon took awhile to get her out because I had adhesion's and I hemoraged afterwards. On saying that the doctors and nurses were great and I still felt fine just had to stay in hospital for a few days longer than planned and I new I was in the safest place possible. Fingers crossed everything will go fine if we do decide to try for baby number four
