    Hi Ladies

I hope you all had a wonderful New Years and that this year all your wishes and dreams come true.

Kismet I am so sorry to hear about your friend, wishing you much love and strength during this very hard time.

Alittle what an excellent result I hope the 2ww goes really fast and tha you get a great result at the end.

JFB good thing DH knows that things are going to change when bubba 2 arrives.

Kel, Henry is so adorable enjoy this time it seems to go by so fast.

I have a question, Jaye has a severe nappy rash which seems to have spread ionto her vjj and is looking very nasty and sore, I'm not sure what caused it the only thing we have done differently is go to the beach so may be an irritation to the sand but I don't know what to put on it, I would really appreciate any suggestions thanks

Nessie so pleased to hear you had a great time on your cruise we leave next week I can't wait

To all the other ladies I have forgotten hi

Mini scarlett had severe nappy rash as a baby. I found the best thing was dusting cornflour over it and leaving her nappy off as much as possible. Sunlight is excellent. As it gets better you can put sudacrem on it. Also wipes will prob make it worse so i only used tissues and sorbalene cream if her nappy was dirty snd nothing if it was just wet.

Mini. If it was me and it had spread to her vjj I would go get her checked out at the docs to make sure it wasn't thrush on an infection. Rubys only ever had a tiny bit of redness there at times which a bit of sudocream has cleared up.

mini: h had a bad nappy rash a few times which have been fungal, i used Hydrozole for a few days and then swap to daktozin however im not sure about vjj's. fungal usually results in a spreading rash that looks "spotty' and doesnt respond to sudocreme.

kismet: sorry to hear about your friends hb.

    welcome home amum.

afm: went to beach with bff ds, the kids lasted about 1/2 hr b4 they had had enuf..h didnt like having sand on his hand , they seemed to have a better time when we were sitting back at home playing with balloons and eating hot chips

Thanks everyone for all your comments.
Sonja - suicide unfortunately has struck my family also and one of my closest friends chose to leave this life too and it's always one of the hardest things to understand why this happens but I've come to realise that as much as it hurts everyone left behind, it must have been far more painful for them to be here & want to leave their life so badly, we may never completely understand why this happens but we are not in their shoes either. This person had been diagnosed with huntingtons disease and was in fact a nurse himself and also watched his father struggle through the same hideous disease & so knew what was ahead of him and his wife could not see him wanting his active life change so dramatically, he lived life to the fullest and wouldn't want anything less & he wouldn't have wanted his kids to witness it (they are the ones I am thinking of right now bcs I don't believe they will ever understand that), my friend said she always felt he would end his life at some point (I believe they had actually discussed how he felt about this) but she did not see it coming now, no-one did, which needless to say is the hardest thing to accept, so she is purely speculating right now that the disease is the reason behind why he did what he did, but one of the symptoms is depression so it's hard to tell . It really sucks that these things happen & you can't do anything about it.

Mini - sounds like a fungal infection, Evie sometimes gets a bit on her bum when she's teething so I use a anti fungal cream, paw paw ointment and curash powder. I also believe cornflour is a good remedy too. Have fun on your holiday.

Amum - welcome home, hope you had a nice time.

JFB - our babies are so unbelievably similar it cracks me up. Evie doesn't like the feel of grass or dirt. I think we need to get them out more

I have just been watching on ABC2 program called Misbehaving Mums to Be...just feel like smashing all their heads together, they're so stupid and selfish.

Kismet I quickly had a glance at that show, couldn't watch it for long as I want to strangle them.

JFB we also have sand issues with Ash, he definitely isn't a fan.

Kel how are you (.)(.) & your gorgeous little man?

Welcome home Amum, how are your gorgeous boys?

Mini are you going on a cruise?

Ash has really started to grow up this morning he pulled his nappy & pointed to the toilet. I'm going to start potty training next week when we get home.......wish me luck.
He has also started talking lots, his favorite saying " go away" naughty Mummy taught him this when DH is annoying him
We are off to Port Douglas today, I wish we could stay home as Ash & I both have colds. Not looking forward to the heat.

    Spot how are you feeling?
