Bf - thank goodness he has a wonderful mum to give him big cuddles afterwards. Now we need to make sure you get some big cuddles too. It must be so tiring being strong for M. Big cyber hugs to you hun.

BF - my friend's son had this a couple years ago (he's 5 now) and the op went fine, M will be ok too, but yes you all deserve a break for sure.

Nessie - you know I'm totally jealous don't you! (of your cruise)

M4N sending lots of love and strength to you.
Backflip - hugs for you and your little man too.

AFM I had my 12 week scan today - was petrified - but all went well, other than bub wouldn't get in the right spot, so lots of poking and jiggling ...
the sonographer said all looked good and it has all it's bits - so finally I can breathe and relax a bit. Hospital app on thurs where they'll go through all the test results and after that I can let the world know!!!
Very relieved and happy, sisters coming over soon to watch the scan dvd

Fiona - congratulations! your little bean looks pretty snug in there. So what happens with you now, are you going back to Bali or is DH going to come home? You being preggers makes me think of the book/movie Eat Pray Love, you went over there to put everything behind you & start afresh and now look what has happened, except with you it's Eat Pray and Get Pregnant! So happy for you.

Omg I hate xmas shopping when you don't know what to get people and you wonder around in circles and people are everywhere, god I felt like smacking some people today , i can't stand xmas shopping crowds, I got so over it I forgot to get the most important thing, my xmas day alcohol so I have to brave the shops again tomorrow with kid in tow. I feel so unorganised. Could have done with a little drink tonight...poop.
Anyway my day brightened up when Evie said bye bye and gave me a smoochy kiss, not that she was going anywhere I have been wondering when she will start talking.

mum4nay, i just read the other thread and replied there. I just want to say again that what ever happens you know that you can only do your best and I am sure that your darling son are having the best parents for him to do his very best. I might want ot add that the future little bub might just be the best medicien for both you and your Nathan. where there is love there is always hope, thinking of you.....
Blackflip- thanks for sharing your stories. I really do not know anything about this, but you sound like a wonderful mum and Mitch is very lucky to have you....and he sounds like and adorable boy.....
