Btw pseudoephidrine is not first choice in pharmacy anymore. You need to ask for the cold and flu tabs with pseudoephidrine and then sign a register. They made it more difficult for people to access as people make speed from it but need large quantities. It used to be the normal ingredient. Peeves me as the alternative does jack for me when I have a cold!!

Amum - it does look different again. Try cabbage leaves if your boobies get sore, worked a treat for me, old fashioned remedy, put them in the fridge but make sure you wash the leaves thoroughly before putting them on your boobs inside your bra, when they warm up replace them. Also as JFB said, a hot shower helps and I also expressed a bit off when they got hard and sore. Didn't have any dramas. Good luck.

Amum. You definitely need the pseudoephedrine. The other one doesn't work. My doc told me to only squirt out a tiny bit if absolutely necessary. I think it took about 3-4 days for them to subside. I had mastitis at the time though and was on anti biotics so he said it was a perfect time to wean. Goodluck. It's not fun

Amum. You will know if you have mastitis. As well as having a big sore lump somewhere you will start getting flu like symptoms. aches and pains, feverish. It's pretty yucky.
