*** UPDATE *** This is my second cycle on soy isoflavones. This time I took it from CD1 to CD5 and tried a different brand with a higher dosage. I'm absolutely thrilled to reveal that I just got a positive OPK on CD13! I strongly believe that a combination of having soy and also a well balanced diet is the reason why I'm finally going to ovulate on time. Really happy with the results!

    *** UPDATE ***
I'm 10dpo today and got a faint BFP! I'm pregnant! I think a combination of SI and losing a few kilos helped get my BFP. I'm over the moon!!!

    Thanks trayc

This is my 11th month of officially trying and my second month on soy isoflavones.

Since my mc last year my ovulation had been messed up and I was often ovulating late. I used soy to try and "strengthen" ovulation and bring forward the ovulation date (which it did!).

I used Swanson Soy Isoflavone that I bought off eBay. It says 750mg dosage but when you work out the soy isoflavone dosage in each pill it's probably more like 15mg. I took two tablets a day CD1-CD5.

I'm using a natural progesterone cream and will wean myself from it. I'll be seeing a fs on Monday so I'll get my hormone levels checked then.
