Sorry for the late reply! 14dpo today, so AF is due today. I've had brown/pink spotting for the past three days so it seems AF is having a hard time getting started. All pregnancy tests have been BFN.
I was considering, once AF gets into full flow, that I'll try taking the soy from CD1 and see what happens. I'm also taking iron, folate, vitamin B complex, vitamin D, calcium (I think that's it?!).
I'm pretty certain that I'm not producing enough progesterone after ovulation so I'm hoping that the soy will bring forward my ovulation date, and then the vitamins will help with my progesterone production. I also have a natural progesterone cream I'll try using again this cycle.
I'm just trying to be as happy and healthy as I can be at the moment, as difficult as it can be at times.

Soy is bad for conception guys - I certainly would stay away from it as progesterone is not the hormone you want in the first half of your cycle!

Progesterone? I thought it stimulated oestrogen? It's certainly not producing progesterone for me!

It's the only thing that got me to ovulate and I'm 23weeks pregnant now. Baby and I are perfectly healthy.

You are right, it stimulates the production of extra oestrogen in the beginning of your cycle to help produce a mature egg.

Do you have any links to information that it produces progesterone in the first half of the cycle? The only information I can find says that it increases oestrogen to help stimulate ovulation. I have, however, read that it can DECREASE progesterone during the LP so it's suggested to take supplements to support progesterone production during the LP also.

Please correct me if I'm wrong ladies! I'm still learning this too.
