Tonight was my last night of taking isoflavones for this cycle.
I'm just wondering what side effects (if any), people have had while taking SI.
I've been getting progressively tired during the week, to the point of waking up tired this morning, being drowsy all day, needing a nap and still waking up tired.
Would this be a side effect of the SI?
I'm hoping to get some more energy back now that today was the last day for taking SI and I've also started taking iron supplements.

    TIA

I've come down with a cough, temp and general unwellness, so I'd say that may be why I was really tired.
