    Babyblu I had a look at what I took.

    I took soy from cd2-6, however I forgot on cd6 so took it on cd7. I took 2 tablets for 3 days, then 3 tablets for the last 2 days. It looks like I ovulated cd36.

    Thanks beccaboobang. I struggled to find what I needed to take at the shops today but found a menopause medication that has 80mg of isoflavones in each tablet. Is this ok to take?

    It says standardised to contain isoflavone glycosides 50mg.

    Maybe start by taking 1 tablet for 3 days then 2 tablets for the last 2 days as the dosage on yours is higher.

    I tried looking for the Blackmores one but couldn't find it in any shops. This is what I got. I think I'll do what you suggest and start on one tablet and finish on two.

    So if you take multiple tablets you do it all in the one hit at night? Not one in the morning, one at night?
