Babyblu I had a look at what I took.

I took soy from cd2-6, however I forgot on cd6 so took it on cd7. I took 2 tablets for 3 days, then 3 tablets for the last 2 days. It looks like I ovulated cd36.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks beccaboobang. I struggled to find what I needed to take at the shops today but found a menopause medication that has 80mg of isoflavones in each tablet. Is this ok to take?

Maybe start by taking 1 tablet for 3 days then 2 tablets for the last 2 days as the dosage on yours is higher.

I tried looking for the Blackmores one but couldn't find it in any shops. This is what I got. I think I'll do what you suggest and start on one tablet and finish on two.

Fingers crossed for you. I took mine at night so I wouldn't get any side effects.

So if you take multiple tablets you do it all in the one hit at night? Not one in the morning, one at night?
