Hi ladies, sorry to crash, I've read a few times about soy helping ladies get their bfp, but I'm really unsure on how it works.
Could someone give me a rough over view please?
We have been ttc #2 for almost a year with no luck
A bit about me, im 28. We ttc ds staying from jan 2010. Got a bfp april, mcd in may.....seen an ob who done bloods, found my glucose was impaired, put me on metformin...got af in june, bfp july.
he felt that I wasnt ovulating each month, or "not ovulating well". That the metformin would help that, when I got my bfp my gp made me stop taking them. That ob no longer practices, and obviously after 3yrs my script is no longer valid.
My cycles have always been around 35-38 days. The month we concieved ds, I know I ovulated on cd17. Now, I think if I ovulate its on cd21/22. Some months I get heaps, and every possible sign of ovulation, others I get some or none.
Im currently about 8dpo. So interested in anything I can use to help next cycle incase we don't get a bfp.
What do you think? Do you think it could help? If so, How much, how often and when would I take it?
