Anyone had similar issue after coming off the pill? Could I be Preg??

Hi All! This is my first post, just after some info/similar experiences?
Came off Loette after 3 years- been on and off it for years, have always come straight back to a regular cycle. This time however, first AF arrived late, giving me a 38 day cycle! Did a HPT at the time, was neg, all good. This time, if my cycle was going to be 38 days again... I'm 5 days late. So now my cycle is over 40 days?!?! Did a HPT when 2 days late- BFN. No cramps, none of my usual (minimal) PMS symptoms but OMG! My boobs! Tender and swollen, nipples darker etc- but that could be PMS right? Even though I've never had that before! I plan to go see the Dr on Wednesday, just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, I do know that sometimes people skip etc. But I'm not under any stress or anything and at 30 years old, having been on and off the pill 5-7 times in the last 15 years, it's never happened before. Bit of background, DH and I planned to TTC in January 2012, just came off pill to give body a break beforehand. I already have an eight year old DD

I came off the pill after being on it for 8 years and it took about 7-8 months for them to regulate properly. Af was anywhere between 28 and 37 days. It is now regular and pretty much like clockwork but it did take a long time for that to happen. If you got a neg preg test I would assume you are not preg and your body is just getting back into it. Of course if it doesn't come or you have other concerns see the doctor.

thanks sunnyd- last time I came off was 5 years ago after being on for 4 years and went straight back to normal cycle. i also skipped one month on the pill (forgot to fill scrip) about 6-8 months ago- cycle was still bang on 28 days. bodies are so confusing!

You could very well be! Wait 7 days and do a HPT, it takes a while for the Hcg levels to rise in your body goodluck

AF arrived soon after that post but fingers crossed for this month!! Ty for replying

In the first month of coming off the pill you usually get pregnancy symptoms which is frustrating . My AF is still not regular (last cycle was 75days!!) I came off the pill in may...so I'm now on natural pills to help regulate it,

I've been on Vitex to help- I ovulated right on time for a 29 day cycle so fingers crossed I'm either UTD or at least have my cycle back :-) good luck to you!!

Yup I had that when I came off the pill, it took 6 months to get pg but I had 4 cycles during that time.
It never regulated but I knew when I was ovulating because I was temping BBT.

Yeap I've also just started to take vitex. But started it mid cycle and still haven't ovulated thismonth yet - am at cd21 ATM I think...
