Louhopeful, big I hope you're not feeling too bad. I've also discovered just how differently men deal with and react to the whole TTC thing and it can cause tension in the relationship men just don't understand that women who are TTC can't help but think about it A LOT and our bodies also make it hard for us to forget especially if having fertility treatment, but to be fair we can't really expect them to get it either (despite how much I'd like them to) because they don't experience it the same as us emotionally or physically.

As hard as it is I agree with pp in trying to minimize the focus (at least in DP's eyes) on TTC, and try not to talk about it as much, use BubHub to let it out, we all do it, and DP may just surprise you

Hope it works out for you.

Thanks miggins! You're absolutely right and so is everyone else who has offered advice! It helps to know there are others that are in the same boat whom I can share all my crazy thoughts with and actually be understood!

Thanks for the hugs! We have been trying naturally since the begining of last year. Today last year was when I got my first ever BFP and I can remember it like it was yesterday.
Was July your first IVF cycle?

Ryderash - sorry you are feeling alone atm. Moving interstate would be hard especially moving away from family. There is a waiting list for playgroup?? I hope you find a nice playgroup/mothers group soon and make some lovely nice new friends.

I cant believe that 1 year ago I got my first BFP! How crazy that this journey is still going.

Cherished mwahs precious. I am so sorry for your loss. I am always thinking of you and you know I am here always for you no matter what xoxoxoox fly free little one...

louhopeful hunny. I wouldn't mention when you are ovulating or baby stuff to him for a while, make making love a priority and make him feel comfy again. My hubby wouldn't dare take sperm from me!! I told him I would go find someone else.....but jokes aside men are very analytical and think that way, they want to fix things and the emotions of TTC and m/c can be very overwhelming to them.....With my m/c's my husband doesn't mention them I just get an extra little cuddle. With TTC he actually for the first time ever asked about my scan yesterday and said he feels the timing has been off lol good bless his lil cotton socks!!!! BUT I know that if I talk bout it too much he would get frustrated with me and I make sure we make love the whole cycle, not just during O so he doesn't feel like a machine...although he calls himself the sperminator. Its all my fault. I do have to say that since my m/c I deseire a baby even more than I realised. I hope that you can both talk, whatever you do, you need to keep communicating with each other!!! thinking of you hunny xoxox

bebehvala welcome hunny...I can sooo find a spot for you on a comfy couch!! I am so so so so very sorry for your loss..... can I also say to hubby and yourself for getting through such a hard difficult journey together.....cancer is a serious *****!!! my heart goes out to you both and I look forward to getting to know you better and watch your success and happiness blossom as it is definately what you and hubby deserve xoxox

    MrsW14 good luck hunny!!!

over Excited!!! OMG so so so so so precious!!! thank you so much for sharing hunny!! I love seeing the ladies who have graduated to pregnancy showing of their bumps!! xoxoxox

Well my appointment yest was different!!! I got hit on by the dildo cam guy while he was looking at my right ovary....so love do you have a man to help you or do you need the help of a real man!!!! lol OMFG!!!!!

My follies are growing very different to all my other ovulatory cycles so I am a little nervous or alot!!! I have 2 wittle ones on the left at 6 and 8mm and I have 3 on the right between 11-12mm (the triplets lol) Usually by this stage my follies are over 18mm so I am a lil miffed but in saying that my lining was 6.6mm almost at the all important number of 7 so I am hoping that tomorrow I will see follies growing bigger and lining getting bigger to know when to jab myself!!! so slowly as it goes but I didn't fall pregnant on other cycles so maybe this is a great thing!!

love to you all thinking of you all always xoxooxox

Cherished - yup it was our first one. And sadly it was a bit of a flop. I just posted a thread about it actually here looking for some advise on a new FS [read story here]

Funkymummy, thanks for the hugs and warm welcome. You're right cancer is serious, but it has made us SO much stronger as a couple and made me a better person, so in someways I am thankful for the rough experience if you can believe that
I'll be keeping that those follies have a growth spurt overnight.

Today I am feeling much better, but still in a world of pain with cramping, so my FS asked me to come in an have an US tomorrow to see if everything is okay.

Hope everyone else had a great day wherever you were.

Goodluck for tomorrow Ky!! Hope those follies keep growing nice and big xoxox

Bebehvala - Just read your story I dont know much about IVF but I would assume that when it comes to the crunch that the clinic should be alot more organised. It doesn't sound like you got much support from your clinic/FS. What a tough start to TTC. Like FunKy said, Well done to both you and DH going through such a tough experience, I can't even imagine on how tough your journey has been

funky! Cant believe the dildo cam guy hit on you?! Somewhat inappropriate? not to mention awkward I don't have that issue (not that I would anyway) because my FS does all my dildo cam work
