Have a few questions for you all... (sorry in advance for hijacking thread)
Does anyone have a good recipe for fondant? I made one from a recipe found on the back of an icing sugar packet which turned out great but it had raw egg white in it (so it was great to practice with but I'd never serve it up to anyone).
Also I found some cheap piping nozzles on eBay from o/s ? Anyone had any experience buying something like that or should I stick with a quality brand?
When u make a cake for someone (like a birthday pressie) do you give it as gift or do you buy a pressie to?
