    I've been looking at doing some cake or cupcake classes as I love to bake. They are expensive though aren't they and I'm struggling to find some on the sunshine coast. Most of the ones I've found are in Brisbane.

    You can get satin ice fondant which I think is made by bakels from eBay and my local cake decorating shop also sells it without an ABN.
    It's supposed to taste a lot nicer than normal fondant and is easier to work with to

    There is some talent in this thread!! Those cakes are all ahhhmazing!

    I'm going to do some Cupcake decorating on Tuesday, so I will post some pictures then.

    I make my own marshmallow fondant to cover the cakes And just use the woolies fondant to make all the little creatures/trimmings

    All the cakes in this thread look awesome! It makes me want to attempt to decorate cakes again but i do not have the patience
