I have eaten sushi this pregnancy.
Not sure why I do it, I feel so guilty I hardly enjoy it!

Today I bought some expensive make up (after agreeing to embrace austere April, having just made it through minimalist March) and it's hidden in the pantry (I brought it in with the groceries) until I can smuggle it upstairs

    I used to do similar.
With my ex I'd say I was going to work, he would drop me off and I'd wait for him to go, then I'd go late night shopping with friends.
With my family as well as my ex, often I'd skip TAFE and go do what ever I wanted for a day.

My ex was VERY controlling so doing these things was the ONLY way I could get out of being around him, and have the freedom to do something I wanted to do.

We haven't made a property home cooked meal in a month or more. Lunch is always something basic and DH and I work a lot of nights in restaurants so we usually get food from work or takeout after. Who wants to cook at 10pm though...
