Sounds like a draining day and I hope you got some well deserved sleep!
    How's everyone today?
I've starting doing half an hour of exercise a day (only two days so far)
and I feel a bit like DH is being a bit of a dhead about it, like I'm not doing it right! Grrr I'm trying to better myself, for me, for him, for our family.

    Hi ladies

    How are we all going?

Kristyb: good on you for starting to do some exercise, you have inspired me to do the same don't listen your DH's negativity and keep going at your own pace

AFM: things are starting to settle down after DH went back to work, I even ventured out to the shops for the first time with both kids by myself, besides having a bit of difficulty trying to figure out the pram ( every time we have been out before DH has
been in charge of the pram) I would call it a success

Things aren't well over my way, my Nanna's health has taken a nasty turn. It's a waiting game now to see if she improves over the next 48hrs and if not, well, yeah...

It's been a massively long day at the hospital. I had a big cry earlier this afternoon so I'm ok and at least I know the Pristiq is keeping me balanced but not blocking my emotions.

High 5's Inkognito! I'm trying to make it simple exercise so while I have a clingy teething baby I can sneak it in! I downloaded a workout app to my iPhone lol!
I thought anything was worth a shot! Haha
My sister wants me to join the gym. Don't know if I can commit to that!

Yeah I think simple is the way to go, I got DH to get the wii and wiifit out for me tonight I think I will start with that and I have also spoken to my MIL about starting to go for our morning walks again.

I could never commit to a gym myself I just know that I wouldn't go then it would be a waste of money...

Yeah my DH likes the have the pram when we are out so he can take people out if necessary

My dh is the same! A maniac with the pram!
I am not committed enough for the gym either it's just too expensive. And really, who wants all those mirrors around them lol!!
I didn't do any exercise today and ate way too much. I'm just sabotaging myself.

Hey everyone I hope you are all doing well.

After having a horrible couple weeks I seem to be getting back on top of things. I am trying to make things less stressful and less complicated in my life at the moment. DH and I really would love to have another baby, but he worried that things have really bringing me down lately and that I might no be really ready for it yet....but I am, I really am.
