I seem to be hogging the thread lol but omfg we have Sunday dinner at the in laws every week and tonight when I got home I just bawled my eyes out. It's always hectic and full on cause there's 6 siblings plus partners plus kids. I was just too overwhelmed but the craziness, wtf is wrong with me!!! Am home now cuddling dd in bed and am calm now. Just had to vent.

I am feeling overwhelmed as well Kristy, but mine is because of work. I have been back at work for a couple of weeks now and just the thought of it makes me anxious.

I really don't want to go to work it takes me so much to get out of the car and go in there. But unfortunately financially I have to work, which I think adds to the anxiety.

I am very lucky that I don't have to work at the moment. I can imagine how you are feeling though. Can you cut down how many days you work?

Kimnus: I just read your signature... do you feel better while you are pregnant? Just a thought because I seem to become a normal functioning human being while pregnant and breastfeeding. That is until af returns and then I start to go downhill again.
Deep breath with the work anxiety. It's horrible!

I have had depression on and off for over 14 years. I've been on medication - currently on a low dose of efexor - so I understand the roller coaster ride
It also sounds like you have some anxiety there as well which is a balancing act with depression sorry to say

I am already doing the minimum I can at the moment, sh and I were found to re-evaluate the situation at the end of the year.

I do feel better while I'm pregnant as I'd I was a normal human being
