Things have just been really hard lately. Things have been going really well and I am on Cymbalta (antidepressant) and I think that I might have to up the dose as I have not been coping. I just feel like I can't cope with everything at the moment

I got my lexapro increased this week because I've been feeling low & on edge. Anything trigger your inability to cope or just feeling overwhelmed??

Yeah mostly feeling overwhelmed with things. It doesn't help that I have nightmares because of what happened to me. I am thinking that I might need to go in and see my doctor to see if he can increase my meds...although I think I am at the highest they can go.

I was having extremely vivid dreams - nothing compared to what youve been through and I take Valium to sleep which helps - most of the time I don't dream at all when I take them

I was taking a med called olanzapine at night to help me sleep. It was a sedative which would knock me out for sleep. I would then take my effexor of a morning which would pick me back up. It was great to have something to switch me off of a night especially when nights were so bad.

Yeah Valium helps me chill out I try not to take it every night but it makes going to sleep so much quicker than without. It also stops all the physical symptoms I get from anxiety.
    Ahhh the joys!

Yeah I currently have an 8 month old and between him waking up at night and the nightmares I am not really getting a good night sleep...which is probably not helping. I might have to go and ask for something to help me sleep. I was on stilnox but it made me go crazy and I was having really bad sleep walking and almost jumped out of a 3rd story window
