    Default Nursing through OUA?

before having DS I had been studying Nursing at Deakin University. I am hoping to finish my degree through Open Universities so I can stay at home.

Is anyone else studying Nursing through OUA?
I am curious to know about how they run their placements?

I know you asked about OUA, but I cannot speak highly enough of Charles Darwin Uni. I'm studying nursing externally through them and have just been diagnosed with a medical condition and they have been so supportive. Perhaps you might be interested in having a look at CDU. And there are heaps of students in Vic studying through them too.

    Hi Summerly,

I'm really interested to hear more about your experience studying externally...

How does it work? DO you just logon and work through the info?

    How do placements work?

Love to hear anything and everything about studying externally. I'm considering this as a prelude to studying nursing/midwifery in Brisbane.

    Thanks
