CC - yes, cramping is completely normal. I had such bad cramps with DD between 6-10wks that I would sometimes have to lay down and curl up in a ball... I asked my OB and its very normal, especially if its your first or you havent carried a baby to term then the first time your uterus grows that big its going to be a bit sore. As long as there is no blood and no terrible lower back pain with it then it's probably just stretching pains. When you go to the gym and use muscles that you haven't used for a while afterwards they cramp and hurt... Same with the uterus.
I hope this helps a little?
Oh, and my boobs aren't as sore the last 2 weeks either... Or I am just getting used to it and don't feel it as much?!

    Hey all:

I'm now 4w2d and really don't have many symptoms and wondered if I should be concerned??? I'm eating heaps, having twinges and light pains in abdo, a little extra gassy, a little more tired than usual and peeing maybe a little more. No real breast tenderness and no ms.

Is that ok??? I want to feel worse to be sure everything's ok but most of the day I can forget I'm pregnant....freaking me out!

    X

Rach I'm 5+4 and have symptoms but they're intermittent and not that strong. It freaks me out too. From memory with my daughter proper symptoms didnt start until I was over 6 weeks. I am desperate for them to start, it's horrible worrying like this. This early you are unlikely to experience much caus hormone levels aren't high enough yet. Hoping to be sick with you ASAP :-)

Haha maybe we can be spew buddies!!! I never thought I'd want to feel like crap and spew so much in my whole life. Bring on the 8th for my viability scan. It cannot come faster!!! Part of me wants to do it this Thursday like the dr wants but I really think it's too early and I'll be left stressing and upset.... Early pregnancy is not fun!!!

Maybe we can be spew buddies!!! I have never wanted to feel like crap and vomit so much in my life. Early pregnancy is so stressful- especially because I have never made it past 6 weeks... I'm so tempted to do my viability scan this week like the gp wants but I really thinks it's too early and will only serve to upset me and leave me in limbo.....

    Hi Ladies,

Hi Autumnlove- Nearly 12 Weeks! How does it feel? Are you managing to keep the worrying to a minimum? Do you have a scan date for your NT? Will you be sharing your news after that? Lots of questions! Don't mind nosey me.

DaisyPetal- Congratulations, soon to be a 12 week mumma! Into the 2nd trimester- that means two thing for you- sharing your news with family and friends and *ahem* resuming 'marital relations'. Take it easy on yourselves- and enjoy.

Rach85- so nice to see your rising hcg levels. Lovely!

Hi MummyLip- Blood test tomorrow.. don't worry you will be ok. Sending you some bravery vibes to get you through, and yay for the nausea!

GraciesMummy- So scan in on Tues? Great! I will check back in on you then- look forward to a new avatar pic. I completely understand the anxiety you feel in expecting a disaster from one scan to the next but I am sure all will be well. The universe is finally sending some good things your way after the struggles you have had this past 6 months, sometimes it can be hard to relax and just accept the good stuff when it comes.

WOP- I am happy to say that all your symptoms listed are, according to my dignostic skills, a textbook case of Pregnant mummy. There is a little person in there! Keep us updated on bump watch- I want to hear what the girls at work think of it when you go back after hols!

Hi CC- Its ok to pop your head in for reassurance. I feel alot of cramping as well, for my first two pregnancies I also had luteal cysts form in the ovary that ovulated and they caused me doubling over pain from the 7-10 week mark. Thankfully I had already had scans that said bubs was in the uterus or I would have been worried about ectopic pregnancy. For this pregnancy so far I have the type of cramping that makes me feel like AF is about to arrive any minute. Best wishes to you for the rest of your journey.

AFM- Quiet Sunday I hope. Heading to the cemetery to put a flower on DS plaque and then an art and craft afternoon making christmas cards with DD. It is going to be a complete mess of glue and sparkles but that what vacuum cleaners were invented for isn't it?

Wow, it's been busy here over the last few days!

Cc, I agree with Gracie's, cramps are completely normal, but they still make you stress out! I checked again this time with my OB and he reassured me it was nothing to worry about.

Rach, some of my lucky girlfriends have had no morning sickness at all, but then, they haven't had to worry about the things we have to! Morning sickness seems to always kick in for me in earnest around the 6 week mark. When I was pregnant with my second son, I was hardly sick at all, and that turned out fine. Last time my boobs were so sore, it would wake me up at night. This time? Nothing!

AFM, I think I might be able to feel some movement! I'm only 10 weeks, so that would be pretty early, but I know where the baby is, and that's what it feels like to me! Time will tell.

Gracie, I feel for you being nervous of the scan. I feel like that every time. Maybe try looking at Gracie and thinking, it is possible! I try to do that with my kids. I've got a really good feeling for you!

    Hi ladies
    I couldn't help myself... I can't stay away!
Just popping my head in to say hi.

Graciesmummy - good luck for Tuesday. I'm sure everything will be perfect. I understand your worry tho... I do the same leading up to a scan.

Rach - I am one of the lucky ones who doesn't get bad morning sickness. I normally just feel a bit hungover for a few weeks and tired. I wouldn't stress that you don't feel sick. Enjoy it while it lasts in case you get hit with it badly.

Hamn - I've been feeling movement now and again too. Have been able to for the last week or so. It's not constant tho... It's only happened two or three times so far. This is my 4th pregnancy, third time I've gotten to the movement stage so I kinda know what to look for.

Hi to everyone else, I'm on my phone so will pop in later to do proper personals. I'm starving so I'm going to run to the shops and find something to inspire me.
