glad to hear I'm not the only one having wacky dreams..

    how are things now WOP?

Goosette I'm sorry you got a BFN this morning. that really sucks! I have everything crossed for you that AF does not arrive and you get a BFP instead. sending you lots of hugs, I can imagine how bummed and confused you must feel.

I got my blood test results back this afternoon (had to wait until 5pm when I had finished work Gracie's mummy. I could have phoned them but didn't want bad news while I was at work..).
Levels are definitely rising - was 178 on Friday and today it is 1073
going by LMP I am 5 weeks 1 day today, but my cycle was 31 days, so taking this into account I think it's more likely that I am actually 4 weeks 5 days.
BUT.. I am experiencing cramping. On my right side only. Nothing too severe, and it comes and goes, but it's there. And it's probably there for 60% of each day. I am so worried this may be a tubal pregnancy. What are your thoughts? I asked my GP and he said to wait until next Tues / Weds and go for my scan as they will be able to see by then. I can't possibly wait another week to know if everything is ok!

Am feeling so low but trying not to lose hope xxx

    Congrats gracie!!!

Daisy: I was exactly the same some days I was convinced I would bleed....still do still get cramps!
My scan showed everything was good tho and im now 8wks!
Its super scary but from what ive read n gp said cramps are normal. As long as u can handle them n no blood ur ok!!! Btw I find a lot if my pains are gas/bowel related may be you too!

Any typos proudly care of android technology & my inability to type as fast as I think!

Called in sick. No more bleeding since this morning. Assuming everything stays fine I'll wait till my appt on Friday first thing. Think I might ask for a blood test since my ever-present morning sickness has been very quiet today
Daisy, hope things are good. I'm sure you'll be worried till the scan but sounds like you're not alone with the cramping.
Goosette- are you going to wait till next week to test again? I think that would require some real strength. I'm hoping for you

WOP - So glad you decided to call in sick tonight, better to rest and play it safe than stress and worry all night. Hopefully it was just a bit of spotting and you wont see any more bleeding. Good idea to go for a blood test just to make sure your levels are still up and put your mind at ease... couldn't hurt.

Daisy - When i was pregnant with Gracie i had such severe cramps between wk 6-12 that i would sometime be doubled up on the floor. Apparently this is quite common/normal as long as there is no bleeding. I hope the cramps ease up for you soon.

Giggle - on getting excellent blood results back today!! Do you feel relieved now and more excited about your pregnancy? I feel so much better after getting my bloods back today!! I feel like i can actually be excited and have a small level of confidence that Bumpkin will stay sticky.

    Have a good night everyone!

    Good Morning ladies,

    Anyone here from Melbourne?

Ultrasound Training Solutions in Heidelberg have a 1st Trimester Training program coming up and are looking for pregnant women in their 1st Tri to 'model' for their training. They will pay you $25 and will give you an hour scan as they teach. A nice way to get an extra sneak peak at your bub and they actually pay you!!!

There are only a few spots left on Sat 12th November... and they are about to advertise on Mix FM so if you want to, get in a reserve a spot before it goes public!

    http://www.ultrasoundtraining.com.au/

They also do 2nd and 3rd Trimester training as well so even if you miss out this round its worth putting your name down for another further along.

Daisy - Congrats on the good blood results! I'v been having bad sleep too, last night was the wrost so far. I take HOURS to get to sleep even though I'm so exhausted and when I do finally fall asleep I have dream after dream that leave my feeling tired when I wake up!

Is the cramping your feeling around your ovary? Last pregnancy my GP told me its quiet common to feel some pain around the ovary that released the egg (forget why sorry, something to do with hormones?). I think the general rule of if you're not in TOO much pain everything is ok. If you are worried though go get checked out just for peace of mind.

Giggle - Yay for reaching 4 weeks and getting great blood results! Everyone seems to be getting good news with HGC levels, it'll be nice when we all move onto ticking off a good scan result to match!

Graciesmum - What awesome HGC, it explains that dark POAS line... I have never seen one so dark (I only use internet cheapies). So how long until your next milestone... the first scan? I wish I lived in Melbourne, I'd take not only a free but a PAID scan anyday! Have you been selected for it?

Goosette - Sorry that you got another BFN, with your BFP how long did it take to show up? When is AF due? I really hope it stays away and you get a BFP soon.

WOP - Glad to hear you took the night off to rest. How are you going this morning? Any more spotting? How are you feeling emotionally? Even though I think the spotting sounds completly normal I know it must be such a scary thing to go through. I hope your appointment this morning goes well and you get some results that can put your mind at ease.

AFM - 5 weeks tomorrow! I'm getting impatient for my appointment on Monday now, you have all had such good results with your bloods... I want some good news too! This pregnancy has already been so different than my last which is giving me hope of a strong bub. I'm going to have to try sleeping in a sports bra tonight, the sheets on my nipples kept me awake for hours last night... SO painful. I'v had two emotional outbursts so far which I'm not proud of (poor DH). The last two days I'v been feeling quiet sick all day but no spews yet... I have a feeling its not far off though. I only have a couple of days left to decide if we should cancle our holiday. I'm really not sure what to do!

    Morning Ladies

Hope everyone is well this morning.

WOP - Glad to hear the spotting stopped, thats a good sign. Did you end up going to the doc for a checkup or are you going to leave it?

Daisy - Congrats on the great BT results They went up nicely! I have my for you that the scan next week shows that everything is going along great and that you get to see a heartbeat Try not to worry hun, ive had one sided cramping in both of my previous pregnancies. If the pain gets worse tho or if your really worried - perhaps go to ER and get them to check.

Graciesmummy - Did you book in for the 1st trimester ultrasound? Im jealous... we dont have anything like that here in Perth. Some of the ladies in my old November due date group went to something similar and they all recommended it highly.

AFM - Well its raining in Perth again and my bloody washing is on the line I always get caught out!
I had a really bad night sleep last night. Kept having weird dreams... had one that I forgot I was UTD and took Nurofen and realised my mistake and was trying to make myself vomit to bring them back up. Yuk! I woke up with my heart racing... it wasnt a very nice dream The reality of that happening in real life is pretty low as I wont even take panadol if I can get away with it. I cant remember what other weird and wacky dream I had but I woke up during the night several times.
My boobies are getting really sore and all my bras feel too tight already. I might have to go and buy some high support crop tops to wear around home until its worth buying some maternity bras.
Ive been reading "Feeding the Bump" and have found some good recipes. Im doing my weekly food shop today and have written down a list of extra things to buy. I hope my efforts turn out ok... theres nothing I hate more than trying something new and not liking the result. I just need to find some yummy dinner options. I have surprised myself so far and have managed to eat really well, but I could definately do better with lunches. If I have everything planned I will be ok.

    Hope everyone enjoys thier day.

Hi AutumnLove - Where are you going on holidays? If you cancel now will you get your money back? I guess you need to weigh up the pros and cons and make a decision.
I recommend sleeping in a sports bra! Keeping your girls in check will help when your boobs get really sore too. I leaked colustrum from 16 weeks with Hannah and wearing a sports bra was the only way I could wake up without laying in a puddle
