    Hi, I havent done it either but I have signed up for round 3 which starts in 2 weeks....so pumped!!! Will see how long that 'pumped attitude' lasts though!

    Hi

    I did the Lean & Strong program but haven't done the generic weight loss one. The program has merits, I didn't follow the food as I have far too many intolerances, but I didn't sign up to lose weight, I signed up for the lean & strong which is all about lifting weights.

    There is mass amounts of success from the program, but like anything you only get out what you put it. It's actually the finale for this round tonight and a friend as been picked in the top 20.

    ETA: she WON Lean & Strong top transformation for Round 4... so happy for her, her journey has been so hard and she conquered so much to achieve what she has.

    I've done it loved it. I lost about 15kg and kept off all the weight by following her food and exercise plans after it finished too.

    It's not a "diet" so don't go in thinking its only 12 weeks. It's a lifestyle change that teaches you how to eat properly and look after yourself.

    The support you receive from the forums is amazing!! Definitely take full advantage. Watch her videos, do the challenges. It's a fantastic program
