1 Yr Old - Does not sleep!!!!!

Hi guys - I have never posted here I don't think because I've never gotten around to it as I don't really come on here very often but I do hope to now!

My daughter turned 1 a couple of days ago and she hardly sleeps at night. I don't know what to do.
She sleeps in our room in her cot because we live in a 1bedroom unit.
She wakes up at least once every half an hour. I've tried feeding her until she's full (2 weetbix should be enough for her, right? that's how much she ate and then wanted no more). And I have made sure that she is warm enough at night. I don't know what else I can try, I've tried leaving her etc but she just screams and screams and screams. She hasn't slept through since she was 5 months old and I am extremely sleep deprived.

Does she have a dummy she is looking for? Another common reason is being too cold at night
How do you usually get her to sleep and what's her routine like??
