hi ladies! sorry it's been so long since ive been in here. I see congrats are in order for bubba and pink!! so happy for both of you

Magic i hope you're feeling all better now and DH doesnt pass his nasty flu on!

Sorry i cant address you all personally, this laptop and internet connection are dodgy at best so i need to make the most of it while it's working haha

AFM nothing new here in fiji. i applied for my exemption last week and should know this week whether its successful or not (i dont have to apply for a visa because DH is a fiji citizen, just apply to be exempt from a visa - wish the aussie government would do this for DH!!) also submitted further documents for DHs visa application and they were surprised we hadnt heard from immigration yet so hopefully we hear of some progress on that front soon.

If my last cycle is anything to be going by i should be ovulating this week, but have been DTD every day just incase i do have OPKs with me but to be honest i'm just too damn lazy atm haha. if this cycle doesnt produce a BFP then i'll give them a go next cycle. Though i do have a question, i am CD18 and have had really sore breasts and swollen nipples (sorry TMI) for the past few days. it's too early to be AF and i don't feel like i'm getting AF (especially seen as my last cycle was 5 weeks 2 days) so any ideas what it might be??

    Hey Guys,

Elly - Yay for jabbing. How is everything going for you? I didnt really get any symtoms with the jabbing & i have been on Puregon & Gonal F. Hope the drugs are treating you well. Not long until scan now?

Summa - Great news on surviving with Hayden when your DH is away. We all knew you would be able to do it anyway. Hope all is going well still.

Chic - I'm sure your belly will start growing soon. One day you will just pop & feel those kicks. I hope its soon for you.. Hope your bed rest isnt driving you to crazy.

Magic - Been reading your diary.. on having a rough day. It sounds like you have so much to do with your family now. Are you enjoyng being close to them or is it driving you crazy.

Silent - Sounds like you have been busy. I'm sure you will find the right guy for you soon & hopefully he will want what you want.

MrsT - Sounds like you have been busy also.. Are you liking it over there? for a BFP with all that bedding you have been doing.

Rolz - Glad to hear that Ethan is growing like a champ now & he has been keeping you busy. He is so cute.. I want cuddles..

AFM - 6 weeks tomorrow. Just trying to get by day by day. I had my 2nd BT at 20dp2dt & it came back at 6000. Still really worried about m/c & the weeks are dragging but will get through it..

Bubba - 6 weeks? Gosh that time has gone fast (probably not for you though). How are you feeling? Any MS or other preg symptoms yet?
Oh yes, I have much more contact with my family now. I am enjoying it, but it is also quite overwhelming. I'm so not used to people wanting to visit all the time!

MrsT - I avoided DH's flu thankfully! Hope everything goes smoothly for your exemption and your DH's visa. I know nothing about that sort of stuff, but I wish you luck!
The sore breasts and nipples could be a sign of ovulation. I've never been one to have outstanding O signs, but for a few cycles I've had very noticeable sore boobs straight after O.

    Silent
    - I'm sorry you are feeling lonely. You're right though, you will meet someone eventually. And don't think of yourself as crazy, you're just uniquely focused! There's guys out there who want the same thing you do, it's just a matter of finding that needle in the haystack!
Good luck with your studies. How long do you have to go now?

    Rolz
    - Hey there. Sounds like mummy-hood is treating you well. Must be something in the water, breeding big boys in here!

Summa - The new house is great! Loving it, not home sick at all like I expected. Unpacking is a slow process though (ugh). I'll post a pic of the cake when I've finished it... if it doesn't end in a major disaster!
Of course you and Hayden survived without your DH. I knew you'd be a super mum! Good on you though, I'm sure it was scary none-the-less. And Yippee for sleep!

Elly - I know I'm really late with this, but yay for starting the jabs! How did your jam and bikkies turn out, btw?

    Chic
    - Thankfully DH didn't pass his germs on to me! As for unpacking? I'm pretty sure I'll be senile by the time we're done! We're trying to do it all properly this time (for the first time in like 10 years).
Holy CRAP! 15 weeks! (would be 16 weeks now). Damn! Very glad to hear you've had an uneventful week! Must be very strange for you! haha
Good luck with the early screening, looking forward to hear how that goes.
How are you enjoying Revenge? I've recently heard this show mentioned (and my bro has season one I think), but I don't know what it's about?

    Angel
    - Aloha! Totally pmsl at your reference to not noticing extra farting or burping! Must be bubs! I had indian food for dinner last night, if we're talking farting and burping! (Doesn't agree with me, but GOOD GOD there's nothing better than indian curry!)
Can't wait to hear if bubs is blue or pink! I'm betting Pink!

I just had to come back to tell you all about my new acupuncturist.

First of all, he lives on the same street I do. So ya can't get much more local than that (he does it at home)! Secondly, it's not nearly as axe-murderish as it sounds. He is fully legit.

Anyway, I think I blew his mind, he said I have no 'chi' (which is pretty bad), I'm malnourished, dry, hot and very depleted. So my body energy is just as retarded as I am! At least I'm consistent eh?

He is pretty sure he can help me though, which is inspiring. He put a massive number of needles all over me, but unlike previous acupuncturists I've been to, he does this wiggling thing with the needles until you feel it 'tingle'. Oh boy, that is the most strangest sensation I've ever felt in my life! It was like an electric current was running through my body!
He put about 20 needles in my lower abdomen and I kid you not, my ovaries tingled and buzzed!

He also put this thing in my ear... It looks like a tiny thumbtack, and I'm supposed to leave it there for a month if possible. It's meant to help with anxiety and relaxation. I think it might work too.

I am seriously spun out about the sensations I felt in my body today, it's like parts came back to life! I could FEEL things going on!

Hey Magic - I stalk this thread occasionally and just saw your post on acu. I really think acu made a huge difference for me - helped get my cycle on track post m/c and I reckon it helped me fall pregnant with DD

    Plus it's super relaxing!!

    Helloooo!

Magic - Wow, loved your acupuncture story. I've been deliberating about going to get it done but haven't yet taken the plunge. I'll see how this cycle goes and then maybe I might if it doesn't work out. You must post pictures of your cake! Also, I hear you in the department of 'I wish DH would be proactive and do stuff off his own bat!' My DH is the same, and I'm a do-er so he tends to take the backseat. I had to ring up and book his own hair appointment the other day! I hope he felt embarrassed! With TTC, I used to sook about and say 'I wish we were pregnant' and DH would say 'how about we visit a specialist?' so I'd ring, get us in and then he'd say 'Isn't it great we're being proactive?' Yes, 'we' are, aren't we? Jam and biccies all turned out fine!

Bubba - How are you feeling? Not long now until your scan! Soo...twins?

Angel - Ooh 19 weeks! How exciting to be finally feeling bubs!

Chic - 15 weeks! That must feel awesome! Not long until your next scan. I love New Girl!

Summa - Hooray for surviving without your DH! As if you wouldn't have coped wonderfully.

Silent - Hey there stranger! Isn't uni good for keeping us busy? Thanks for keeping things crossed for eggs, I think they heard you (read on)! Sorry to hear all the men around you seem to be secret agents for the Jerk Squad. It'll just make finding Mr Right all that more amazing, right? Yes.

MrsTuilawa - Hope you BD'ed enough and caught that eggy! I usually get sore boobs after ovulation, but with this stim cycle this month they've been sore for the past week! So maybe you have surplus hormones?

Lovepink - How's your new little man? Do you have a name yet...I'm not sure if you've said or if I've just missed it! How's mummahood treating you?

    Hi to everyone else

AFM - Jabbing went fiiiiiiiine. Initially the Puregon didn't hurt, then after a couple of nights it always did. I have a little ring of bruises next to my belly button. The Orgalutran which I was more concerned about was fine! It felt like an insect bite at first, but because I jabbed quite late at night I just went to sleep and woke up with no trace of it being there! It was really hard to see where I'd previously injected! I'm done with them now - trigger shot tonight!

I didn't really get many symptoms at all from the hormones, apart from a couple of sooky days and sore breasts - although going for a run yesterday morning did highlight to me that I have fuller than normal ovaries! I had my follicle tracking scan yesterday morning and they found 29 follicles! So thanks for hoping/crossing/praying for me! I think it worked! I have my OPU on Monday morning and then ET on Wednesday. I am beyond excited!

Elly- yay for starting your cycle. Sounds like you are on the same drugs as I was. Hope they are going okay. You do get used to jabbing yourself. Trigger tonight!!!! Wow you have good ovaries there- lots of follies!!! Good luck for Monday. You will have to let us know how you go.

Magic- wow your accu sounds amazing. I tried it with one of my cycles but the guy was a wan'er! So didn't go back. Hoping your ovaries are tingling still! I read your diary hope your puppy is feeling better!

Bubba- wow six weeks! Halfway to your scan! Those numbers are fantastic!!!!! Any other symptoms? I didn't really have many early on beside boobs being a little sore.

Mrs t- I hope you catch that eggy this cycle. Maybe all the nice ocean air will do the trick!!!

Silent- hope you are doing okay and meet a really nice guy soon!!

Summa- 6 weeks!!! I am sure you are doing really well without dh. I am worried my dh leaves in ten days!

Chic- how are you going? How many weeks now?

Angel- wow almost halfway!!!! When is your scan? Did you find out? It is the most amazing feeling.

Lisa- wow coop is three months! Good on you for being back to pre pregnancy weight! How did getting him into his cot go?

    Hi anyone else I missed

Afm- sorry I've been Mia. So busy with my little man! My day revolves around him loving every minute although not getting much sleep lol we named him Clayton and he has a full head of dark brown hair! Even has side burns! Lol
