Default Finally catching up on personals!

    Personals time!

Chic - good luck for the blood test on Wednesday... i'll be stalking to see the outcome!

Summa - how exciting! You'll have to upload some pics of the nursery when you start putting it together. Glad to hear you got spoiled! Well deserved!!

Bubba - I'm sure the time will fly for the next cycle! Here's to the new year bringing a new kind of journey for you!

Elly - Yay for getting the ball rolling with IVF so quickly!! Everything seems to be going nicely - settled in the house, study finished with DISTINCTIONS (congrats!)...

Lisa - OMG Cooper is edible!! (lol) Well done!!! Glad to hear things are coming along nicely.. hows the sleep coming along?

Tin - how are housewarming plans coming along? You must be getting excited now.. not long to go! On an another note happy OPKing and Bed Dancing in the meantime!!

Magic - Yay for LSL!!! Yay for property! It's so good to see things coming together for you!!!!

    Chunky
    - Here's to your levels rising nicely! Do you have a follow up BT date?? I'll be stalking.. sending you all my I'm not convinced you'll need the champagne therapy!!

AFM - Feeling surprisingly ok... somedays it worries me tho, some mornings i feel seedy and just have a little bile vomit, and then others i don't...my boobs weren't sore for a few days, but then last night they were so tender and i swear that they grew overnight - i'm more than a handful now! I have realised that if i have an early dinner i wake up in the middle of the night (between 3-4am) starving and then because i only have a little snack the next morning i'm more seedy... sometimes i feel more seedy after eating... i really just can't predict it. One thing for certain is that i am exhausted.. i find myself needing a nap at 4pm every day... i've also found myself off veggies and chocolate/sweets...but i'm seriously on the meat and fruit! Oh and anything salty... i have a little confession to make.. the other night at 3am i ate an entire box of BBQ shapes in 7 minutes! I felt awful afterwards... i can just see my thighs, hips, belly and double chin spreading!

I also just found out that a close friend is also pregnant due 2 days after me with her third (she has a 6 yr old and a 9mth old)... whilst i'm excited to have someone close to share this with, i am already feeling the competitive nature of her... the other day she rang to tell me that my GP mustn't know how to read HCG levels because her's came back at 2500, and her GP told her that that puts her at the high end of 6-7 weeks and more likely 7-8 weeks... but they only DTD on the 12th November (or the 13 September)... so i'm not sure how she could even be 6 weeks?? Aside from that she already wants to talk baby showers and make sure our dates don't clash!?!? What i ended up saying was that i couldn't care less about the baby shower date and was happy for her to select hers and we would either work around it or if unfortunately it happened on the same day, we would just have to make it work.. it's really not that big a deal for me!! Oh dear.. let the joys begin!

Hello my lovlies! I've been a tad busy with stuff but I've finally come back to do the personals I intended to do last week!

    Angel
    - Eating a box of shapes in 7 mins is a sterling effort! Hahahah I'm impressed! Not sure about your competitive friend???? Seems odd to be worrying about baby shower dates this early on! Hope she doesn't send you too batty!

Chic - Good luck with the BT tomorrow. All fingers crossed!!

    Summa
    - Oh yay for the baby shower! I have some catching up to do with your diary, hope there's a nice long detailed story of it in there!
So glad your AC is finally fixed! No good sweltering away in the heat!
Oh and how was the reunion???

Bubba - Wow, only a few weeks to go! Geez, how did it get so late in the year! Feels like it was just September yesterday. Hope the extra drugs do the trick

Lisa - Thanks for more pics! What a handsome little man. This is probably not what I should be focusing on, but is that dog a samoyed? lol

Chunky - Aww no! I'm so sorry about your levels. Have you gotten the results of your follow up BT yet? Like everyone else, I very much hope your levels have gone up.

Elly - Thanks for the detailed diary post! hahah I do love stories! Glad you love your new place, even if it is falling down in places. That just gives it 'character'. Your description of it sounds nice! I'd so love to see pics of your 2 level back yard!
Yay for the IVF consult, your FS sounds great!

Tin - A house warming party sounds fun! Hope you have a great time!

AFM - Apparently all the LSL records have been forwarded to the LSL fund and it's supposedly going to be all sorted out by the end of the week! Geez I hope so! Hanging around in limbo isn't doing much for my unsettledness (is that a word?, it is now!)

I had my Brother, SIL, cousin and nephews visit me this weekend. And I witnessed my first devil child moment! Actually there was 2 'moments'. Wasn't so much a tantrum as it was massive crankiness!
BUT before this, SIL wanted to go to the shops, and for the first time EVER, Linkon wanted to stay with me!!!! He didn't want to go with his mum. The baby stayed with me too. I'm a super aunty! (in one hour increments...)

Quick question for a confused friend and I have no idea!

She just had her first scan and sac measured at 5w6d but bubs measured at 7w2d ... Heartbeat was 105 and sonographer wouldn't comment on discrepancy of measurements or if heartbeat was ok... Told her to speak to her cater once results were sent...shes in the public system... Any ideas??

    Hey lovely ladies!

Chic-Hoping to hear some fantastic news anytime now!!! Sending positive vibes your way hun. xx

Angel-That pregnant friend of yours sounds a little intense!! I hope she calms down a bit. Seems very early to be worrying about baby showers! I went off chocolate too..infact I have only really started eating it again! Sounds like all your symptoms are strong and bub must be snuggling in tight. Are you having a scan anytime soon?
Oh and sorry but I have no idea about your friends scan results..sounds confusing!

Magic-Hooray for the LSL hopefully being sorted very soon!! Awesome news. Sounds like you had a busy weekend with the relos. Yay for being super aunty!!!
Oh yeah the reunion..totally forgot to write about that in my diary! It was actually a lot better than I expected. Got to catch up with some people I hadn't seen in a very long time which was nice. There was of course still some of that cliquey-ness from high school and some people after 10 years still think they are better than others and still won't talk/look at you..kinda sad but I did expect that! DH enjoyed having his own personal designated driver and catching up with old mates too!

AFM-went to a breast feeding class this morning which was really informative and has made me feel more confident about breastfeeding. This afternoon DH and I put together the baby furniture and have set up the room and started decorating...I cannot believe we are up to this!! I'll post some pics once I get them on the computer. It's looking good!!!

    Hello ladies,

Thank you for all thinking of me. Sorry I've been a little quiet. I had actually done 2 POAS but was a bit scarred of disappointment.
But the results are in...... and it's a BFP!!!!!
My HCG is at 116 with progesterone at 37.8. I was hoping the hcg would be a little higher but the FS seems happy with that.
Our little embie is a real fighter, that's for sure. We really did not expect this cycle to work at all after all that happened at transfer.
I am of course being very cautious after my last 3 m/cs. I have a repeat BT on monday and seeing FS then too I think. And apparently, I'll be having a scan next week!!
I will ask you all though not too get overly excited because I am very very very worried of what might happen this time around. I'm playing so many different scenarios in my head, just so that I'm ready if any bad things happen(as if I'll really be ready!).

I'll be back later for some personals.

CHIC.. OMG YAY! I'm so sorry, but I can't help but be massively excited for you and your little 'Rocky' of an embie there. I totally understand your caution though, so lets say that I'm really really really really excited that it wasn't a BFN????
Sending a thousand ton of sticky vibes your way!
