    Hi All,

    How is everyone going?

Okay this is my attempt at personals from what I have read so far.

Magic –Yay for DH’s party.. Good work on DH’s surprise party. Its great that he didn’t know a thing about the party & that you surprised him twice also. Hope the clean up wasn’t to bad for you. How is your TTC world going?

Summa – Hope you are having fun with buying things for bub. When do you get to see your little one again? Have you found out if bub is a boy for sure?

Chic –12 is great. Hopefully you have a great fert rate aswell. My FS also does ICSI & IVF just to be sure we get something. Goodluck on Sunday…Fingers crossed you get your sticky bean…

Nocturne – Yay for the scan being great. You must feel better with all the cramping you have been having.. Its just bub getting in nice & cosy.. Also congrats on the 1st dry reach..lol…

Pink – Congratulations on 12 Weeks.. So very happy for you… How have you been feeling? I haven’t been on in a while sorry if I have missed it.. You & DH must be on cloud 9..

Annie – Congratulations on the BFP.. Sending you sticky, sticky vibes.

Silent – Not good news about you DP’s SA… Hopefully all the good advice being given on here gives those little guys a big boost.

Ely – Sorry for AF turning up. I know if was probably a while ago but very unfair…. Its good that you are planning forwards with your FS appointment but really hoping you don’t need the appointment & you are pregnant within the 3 months.

Chunky – Goodluck with your FS appointment to.. Not long to go now.. Will be interesting to hear how you go? Hopefully you do get lucky before the FS appointment. You hear it happen a lot..

Lisa – Congrats on 26 Weeks… 7 weeks to go…How is the tiredness going with being on your feet all day?

Angelski – Hows everything with you?

Sorry if I missed anyone.. I didn’t mean to I promise..

AFM – Been really busy at work & home so haven’t been on BH constantly.. I think its been good not being on here all the time... TTC Wise we have Just been DTD whenever we feel like it..
We have decided to take another month off IVF & get back into it in September…Just to over it at the moment to even care, also thought might give my body a break.
We are going on holidays overseas in August for a week so im looking forward to that. We pretty much decided we wanted to go 2 weeks ago & thought lets just do it..lol.. Cant really afford it but we thought why not? Expeacially since we are hoping to be pregnant soon & wont be able to do it then..
AF is due very soon.. Im hoping that it comes next Monday & not earlier because if I get it earlier ill get AF on our holiday…but from the way I feel I think it will be earlier… Besides that nothing else…

Sorry it's taken a while but here is a photo of our baby boy. He's 1 month old now (weighs 2.5kg) and finally came home from hospital last Sunday. All is going well, though I'm not getting much sleep as bub has his days and nights mixed up. I was breastfeeding but couldn't produce enough milk so now he is onto formula. I'm feeling a bit let down by my body. First it decided to stuff up the pregnancy with pre-eclampsia and now it won't make enough milk. Still, we have our boy home now and he's healthy which is the most important thing.

I still think of all you girls TTC and hope that you get some good news and BFP's soon. I hope you don't mind me popping in and sharing this photo. You all supported me so much during my TTC journey and I want you to be able to see the result.

    Hi Ladies,
Thought i would join in and share my story.
Hubby and i have been ttc our first for just over a year now. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16, with my only symptom being cysts and very painful AF. We have tried 8 FSH cycles all failed and 1 round of IVF which resulted in only 2 eggs both bad condition so that failed too. FS was not very convincing for me to keep giving him money so we took a break for 4 months and are now seeing a natural therapist, it is soooo much less invasive all i do is lots of tablets at different times. The great thing is it comes with a money back guarantee that if im not pregnant in 6 months i get my money back as long as i follow what is asked, just gives me a bit more confidence that she believes it will work. So now for the first time i have to monitor CM and use OPK its alot to learn but kinda exciting!!
Fingers crossed for us all to be blessed this year!!!

    Warning: Me post ahead!

Yes i have been MIA again.. it's weird how life can just take over.. it doesn't seem any more busy or stressful, there just seem to be less hours in the day.. have been getting through research for my studies and plowing through work, keeping on top of exercise and also managing to keep the house in some kind of tidy order... so that's my excuse for now for not having replied to others threads.. although i'm happy to admit i have been stalking daily!

So i headed back to the GP on Wednesday to find out the results of my abdominal ultrasound to see if it would show anything in relation to the odd things i've been feeling... turns out that my gut instincts were correct.. i have "multiple gall stones ranging between 17mm and 21mm) everything else - liver, pancreas, kidneys and bile duct seem fine... GP has notified me that at this stage since it's apparently not causing me too much discomfort or pain (because i don't tend to feel pain) it's not so urgent to get the gall bladder removed however she strongly advises that it will need to come out at some stage....

DP and i had a chat about this with the GP and it seems that assuming im not UTD at the moment i will be getting it out.. so it seems that i may be out for TTC for a month. I have been lucky enough to get in to see a surgeon on Wednesday to and there is a strong potential that i will be able to get the surgery done within a week after that (the beauty of private health.)

We asked all the questions as to how this will reflect out TTC journey, and apparently the GP doesn't believe it will make any difference.. however if i was to opt not to remove the gall bladder and be pregnant there is the potential that i could loose the baby if i had a serious attack or infection. Apparently the infection is the biggest concern and can be caused quite easily, with the gall stones blocking the bile duct blah blah blah blah blah... i know so much about it all and all i want is to know whether i am UTD or not and move on... i can't even be bothered talking about it....

I'm so torn.... i want to be UTD desperately, but at the same time, i really want to get rid of the gall bladder so that it doesn't cause me any undue potential mental stress during the pregnancy?!

So there's my little rant all about me...
    To all!!!
    A

hugs Angel. I think you're doing the right thing by getting it out. It's better to be safe than sorry, you know? And I know it's hard to put TTC on hold but you need to do what's best for you and any bubba you will have.

    I hope this helps.

Ok I promise to come back on later for some personals (when you're all sleeping and I'm bored). But for now, I just wanted to lat you all know that I am PUPO!!!
We had ET today, we put 2 very good embies back and we have 5 to freeze, so DH and I are very happy with that.
I haven't had a TWW since January, so I'm really looking forward to all the madness. BT is on 21/8.

Hope you all had a lovely weekend.

Hi girls!! A few familiar names still, hope you're all well.

For those who were around back when I got my sticky BFP I thought I'd just update you - I had a beautiful baby girl on Thursday morning!! It was a long labour (32 hours from start to finish) and I had an epidural which I was terrified of and a forceps delivery in the end, but she arrived safe and well and is just perfect.

DH pulled her out and cut the cord and he was amazing through the whole thing.

We're due to leave hospital tomorrow provided a few feeding things get on track and once we're settled in I'll write the whole thing up in the Birth Stories section.

Sorry I haven't kept up with everyone as much as I'd have liked to, but just thought I'd let you know how our TTC journey ended.

Best wishes to all of you on your TTC missions!
