Just wondering if any Bub hubbers out there have fallen pregnant with multiples using clomid.

We conceived Ds on our second round of clomid but our specialist doesn't scan to check for follicles. I am pretty sure I am ovulating on my own sometimes and without checking he is going to put me straight on clomid again. Not that i would be worried if I fell pregnant with twins etc but just not sure if he should be scanning me?
