AF after having twins

I've only had AF a few times since weaning the twins. The first was the day of a major op (so morphine happily surpressed all pain) but the 2 AF's since have left me with the most excrutiating pains (panadeine/nurofen do nothing). Nothing like before the twins.

Have you other mums of multiples found your AF pains after having multiples also have been so much worse than before? I'm suspecting it miht have something to do with my overstretched uterus.

All I know was even after 4 singletons, it was nothing like this.

Are all the twin mums away this weekend?

Fortunately, it doesn't seem that my pains were AF, but now must investigate what they actually were?

No more painful but I was often hospitalized due to pain before twins but heaps heaps heavier ! Almost like a tap for 7 plus days :|

I wish I was away for the weekend!! I have never had my "real" one back, just the ones from taking sugar pills and have no pain whatsoever with them.
But since it wasn't AF in the end hope everything is alright now.

It was AF (got pains 3 days before) & not much different than before thankfully. But uterus has prolapsed outside vagina so I think that might be the reason why. Gynae, here I come!
