    Bump!

Just found this old thread. Any more experiences with stretch and sweep from hubbers?

I'm 40 weeks today (thurs), attempted stretch and sweep on Monday but cervix was closed even though Bub is 2/5 above the brim. Going in tomorrow for a second attempt...

I had a s&s on the thursday (39 weeks), had some very mild cramping/braxton hicks on and off, and lost a lot of mucous plus over the next few days but nothing too exciting. Was booked in for 2nd attempt the following Wednesday but bub ended up coming on the monday. I don't think it did a hell of a lot tbh.

I had one at 39+5 weeks, nothing much although I thought my waters broke a bit that night. Had another sweep a week later at 40+5 and went into labour that evening.

Thanks everyone. I was meant to go in today but the birth centre was too busy so I'm in at midday tomorrow. Fingers crossed I'm at least 1cm dilated.

Honestly feels like I'll be pregnant forever.
