Hope labour starts very soon for you.

I was 39+4 (friday) when I had mine done. I was 1cm, stretched to 2cm. Very little bleeding, mainly when I wiped and a little after DTD. Walked stairs, walked around the shopping centre, and DTD. Few pains and cramps.... I was induced on the Tuesday morning as I hadnt progressed any further!

Wishing you the best for your labour.

    I remember those feelings
You sound so so so ready for this birth. Not long now and you'll be holding that baby of yours in your arms

I am so so very ready, i started loosing my plug at 34 weeks, but after the s&S ive lost the whole show as well, with number 4 after i lost the show she was born the next day, this has been the longest lead up to a birth ive ever had!

She is still very active, and just the odd random bh, but i do think she has dropped a bit more, im just hoping all this means i wont go overdue by too much!

Same as jennibear, stretch & sweep at 40+5 & nothing! Dr got my hopes up tho & I started losing my plug the same day but I had to be induced 3 days later cause he just did not want to come out! I tried everything too- sex, walking, nipple stimulation, pressure points etc..nothing!

Hi Jessap, I had a S&S at 1pm on the Tuesday and started experiencing contractions about 20mins apart soon after. I didn't have my son until 1pm the next day! Thinking of you, exciting times ahead :-)

I'd call your carer also to see what they think - they might just want to see how far you've dilated and to just check all is ok x
