    Default Brazilians...

How soon after a c-section do you think you could have a brazilian wax? The thought of it is still quite scary!

As soon as you are comfortable with it. Personally I could not think of anything worse though I guess the scar would have to have healed sufficiently though.

I think it is up to how you feel once the scar has healed enough, I had mine four months later probably could have sooner but had to get the courage up

i don't find them that bad i just keep talking through it however it can depend on your pain threshold, the wax, the waxer you use, etc etc.

My nether regions resemble on overgrown hedge...that needs a good pruning! I have failed to go and get a wax (IN 14 months! ) because I'm afraid of the pain around the c-section scar. I don't like ANYTHING to touch my scar...it freaks me out...so I can only imagine how it would feel to be waxed!

I'm a beautican, so I SHOULD be okay with it...but it just freaks me out.

I think that, so long as your c-section scar has healed sufficiently (as in, is a scar, not a scab), then it's just a matter of how emotionally comfortable you are with it. I'm not - and that's why I remain hairy (as if I care - I don't have sex too often, and I'm CERTAINLY not donning a bikini anytime soon... ).
I've now lost 36kg thanks to the gastric sleeve!

Don't forget that you will probably bleed for 6wks after the birth so that will also delay getting waxed.
