    Default Yakult while Pregnant

Is Yakult safe to take whilst pregnant?

    Their website says it is...

Have you / haven't you taken it?

Subscribing because I wouldn't mind knowing that myself

I had a similar question about inner health plus (also a pro-biotic). I think either should be fine. I discovered my immune system became awesome when taking pro-biotics, hardly ever picked up colds or flus.
I fully intend on still taking it when I become pregnant, I don't see why Yakult should be a problem :-)

I have been taking a pro biotic since about 7 weeks to help my thrush clear up and stay away. Everything I read said it was good to take. helpful for mum and baby.
