Can anyone give me some advice/stories/recommendations?
About a week or so ago, 6 tiles in our hallway lifted.
We had a few quotes to relay them (can't buy same as 30 yrs old).
But now some more in the toilet (close to hallway) have also lifted.
The tiler guys said maybe the slab moved or cracked and it was affecting whole hallway (they didn't check toilet).
I've done a little research but I don't know what's best.
Should I retile the hall and hope it won't happen again?
Should i use a different flooring?
I read about some layer of stuff you can put over the concrete that allows some slab movement, but that was overseas websites . Does Australia have that?
I just don't know what's best.
Any advice appreciated
Thanks
