    Default Aqua Classes

Hi all, I am really wanting to do aqua classes to get a bit of exercise in that is low impact. My feet are hurting to much for walking, lol.

I've done a few google searches but haven't seemed to be able to find any classes in the newcastle/hunter area.

Does anyone know of any? I assume it would be okay to do this at 22 wks. I know there is yoga in Warners bay and I am looking into this, but I liked normal aqua classes when I did them before and I'm not sure if I'm really a yoga kinda girl..

    cheers
    Kimberly

Now that sounds like something I could do!
Not really doing much walking at the moment since it has got cold/rainy at night

If you do find a place that is ok with pregnant ones like us, please let me know

Default Success, I have found some!!

Okay, so the forum at the gym does do them .
Thanks to the Sugestionator. I rang them and they aren't specifically for us pregnant ladies, but the girl I spoke to said they would be perfect for us.

She did say to pop in a bit before the first class so that we can chat to the trainer individually about our situation just in case though.

The time table is at: http://www.bubhub.com.au/community/f...te=1&p=5853711

I'm thinking the morning ones at 10 am on Mon, Wed, Fri suit me. And I really like the idea of the Zumba pool class. But Shellweb if your looking for something in the arvos, they have classes at 6.30 Mon-Wed.

I think it's $15 per class, so I'll do that to see if I can do it - then they have a one semester sign up which may end up being cheaper (I'll have to do the maths on this first, lol).

I might try and go this Monday at 10 if anyone is interested in meeting up there and giving it a go with me let me know

I might then try Thursday night yoga at warners bay as well..... But we'll see how tired I am after aqua,

    Default Parking

P.S. Parking is either $4.30 (for credit cards) or $4.10 for coin (it does not give change) in P9, P12 or P13 (I think P9 is the closest to the forum) and free parking in P16 (although it's a 2 min walk).

Thanks for following it up kimmi03, and to Sugestionator for suggesting it

Yeah I would have to go in the evening or early before work. Can you let me know how you find it after going Monday? Although, just noticing I could do the Aqua Zumba every forthnight, which could be some fun!

I have been looking into Yoga too, and looking at starting a Saturday morning class at the Carrington Community Centre through Golden Chair Yoga. I have sent away for more info, but all going well, will start next week!

Thanks for getting me onto this, I really was in a 'get around to it' place!
