    This is why I have no interest in doing family portraits. It is so frustrating seeing parents trying to make their kids look far older, and it happens right through the range of ages. There is nothing more uncomfortable for me than seeing parents slapping make up on ten-year-olds and complaining when the kids don't end up looking fifteen.

    I'll stick to doing corporate headshots. That way all I have to deal with is 50-year-olds trying to look thirty.

    it's definitely weird and pointless but I wouldn't call it adultification. All my kids had heads full of hair and they were still babies.

    pmsl there's a market for everything these days...

    DaddyLarge, I thought it was only the pageant parents that did that, but after the school photo airbrushing debacle recently I'm not at all surprised.
