Hi everyone Hope you're all having a lovely weekend and not madly rushing around like headless chickens to prepare for Christmas. Oh wait, that would be me
Leanne - lovely to hear from you hun Glad you took the time you needed to prepare for your next cycle. Where are you up to?
Sugar - how did your tests go? I've been thinking about you. 22 weeks tomorrow!! How does it feel to be on the homeward stretch?! Are you feeling regular movements now? I haven't joined the Due In thread because I made a choice a while ago just to be on one thread - otherwise it gets too busy and I don't like to miss people out when I post. So you girls are my lifeline and I get wonderful support from you - regardless of what stage we're all at.
Micca - hope the vajayjay itch has gone - sounded awful!! I hope you enjoyed your days off and are calmly preparing for your overseas Christmas holiday
BlueAngel - I'm so sorry your cycle was cancelled. I would be livid with the lack of communication from your Clinic/FS. Really poor form. I hope you were able to give them some feedback! I was on 450 Gonal-f too. Hopefully it will help stimulate those ovaries a bit more.
Dees - I hope everything is still going well for you!!
Baby Please - I hope you're taking good care of yourself I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier about Facebook but I'm not actually on it.
Nelle - hope the nausea and tiredness has eased. I wish I had some symptoms that made me feel more pregnant. Other than having to get up to pee twice during the night, I have no other symptoms.
WannaBeAMum80 - I used Donor Sperm through a Fertility Clinic in Perth. I think from memory the cost of the sperm was about $800 but there are preparation costs etc that are an extra $200-$300 per cycle. There are many other costs associated with IUI/IVF/ICSI but these will all vary depending on the Clinic that you go to. I also had to wait a few months before Donor Sperm was available as the demand was quite high in Perth. In WA you are not able to import sperm from intersate or overseass though some ladies on this thread were able to access overseas sperm depending what State they were in. I was only able to choose from 2 donors due to the limited supply available, but others on this thread had a much greater selection! I've had 2 ICSI cycles - a chemical pregnancy the first time and am now 10 weeks pregnant from my second cycle. Feel free to ask any other questions!
AFM: Sorry I've been a bit quiet. I've been trying to just get through each day before my next scan on Tuesday. There are some days where I think it will all be fine, and other days I remember the look of concern on the OB's face and wonder if everything will be alright when I go in on Tuesday afternoon. Please, please, please be alright!
