Wish - good to hear your ok. I had some really weird pains and twangs, especially in the first 8 weeks or so, I was sure AF was coming, some really freaked me out. All the best for your BT tomorrow, I know all will be ok .

Micca - love your diet yesterday, I miss runny eggs! Its good your so relaxed and not stressed, you never know who might be snuggling in, in there . I was so sure my FET wouldnt work, but how wrong I was! Travel home safe.

AFM - well I surprised myself last night and lasted till 10.45pm, even then I could have kept going, but I had an hour drive home. I didnt have too tough a time sneaking off as by that time most people were quite toasted (Micca - I didnt have to drive off with my lights off, thank goodness!).
I think I ate something for dinner last night I shouldnt have (they had a sit down dinner), I had canalloni (spelling?), it had ricotta in it ! I didnt even think about it, it was cooked ricotta of course, but Im so regretting today, hope it was ok .

sugar...woohoo for having a great night and lasting so late... you are better than I am... in bed before 10pm most nights. Ricotta is pretty safe all ricotta in aus is pasturised and the risk for listeria if it it fresh is low.. cooked is fine... I ate lots of feta when I was pregnant...just cooked it and the same with ham... I loved ham and cheese toasted sandwiches so I would nuke the ham in the microwave first to kill any listeria.

well I am 90% packed to go home... my diet remained so spectacular today... KFC burger and chips for lunch.... my first in 3yrs..lol.. and then I had oven fries for dinner... of course this was after the popcorn I downed in the afternoon...lol..lol... the hormones and prednisone are really working their magic on me... compared to how anal I was about diet with my ivfs its very out of character..(but I have stayed away from food colouring, high MSG..lol ) lol...lol..but it is to nice to be of the school I dont give a sh1t...lol... but I did pass on a runny egg for dinner...sigh.. sacrifices...lol..
I can see myself indulging in hungry jacks at the airport tomorrow...especially since it is a 2hr flight.. I probably wont be able to eat... cant bring a tray table down with an infant on your lap... and I have a 1 1/2hr drive afterwards with no sign of fastfood...love living in the wop wops..stopping for a pee break takes on new meanings as you look at trees by the roadside in a new light...lol..
but Im looking forward to a nice sleep with a doona and a cool night... of course I have lots of stuff to sort out...I have tuesday off but I think I will probably go in for a 1/2 day to help with my credit card bill..which has had a bit of a work out the last 2 weeks..lol..

anyway...time for a cuppa.. and bones is on... even though its a multiple repeat...

Micca - thanks for your reassurance on the ricotta, Im still a little annoyed at myself for eating it without even thinking!! Must pay more attention! Nice work on the KFC and chips, enjoy that Hungry's burger today too! Get home safe, hope the trip goes quickly.

Wish - all the best for today hun.

Hi ladies, not particularly good news. HCG has gone up but only at 7040 so hasn't doubled as hoped. Have another blood test on Friday. Progesterone gone up to 334. Clinic said not to panic yet, but to hope for better results Friday.

wish... that is still a great figure of beta... and you should be able to start to see a HB as well on uss, mine did not get that high for the same time..
not all women double their betas and the trend tends to be doubling under 1000 then it sort of starts to slow down a lot and may take 3-5 days to double. The progesterone rising is a very good sign as it says that the placenta is nice and healthy and making progesterone...
Im on the its going to be good side... once you see the HB next week you will be all smiles....

    home sweet home...bliss....
had a nice flight... baby behaved and slept..no crying child on the flight from me..lol... drive home was good and DD slept the entire way.
Its just so nice to be in cool air..and home...Im so relaxed.... of course Im looking at the very long grass on the lawn...mmmmm might have to do something about that soon....

Oh and on the trip up I shot up in the parents room... and the trip back managed to insert a progesterone suppository in the airport toliet with the baby in the carrier on the front.... so I think thats an honorable mention..lol...

off to find dinner....home made sweet+sour pork..... oh and I had hungry jacks at the airport and I must say I love the spicy crispy chicken burger..lol...
