Babyplease - yay, PUPO with twinnies!!! Great that that you have some frosties aswell, sounds like you have some lovely little embies there hun. Lots of good sticky vibes for you . The swab tests for strep B think, if your positive you have to have antib's administered during labour.

I had an OB appt yesterday, all going ok. She is thinking they might induce me early due to bubs big size, she wont give me any dates yet, but possibly around 10 days before EDD , which will be good, she said she will talk to me about it more at my next visit next week.

Babyplease - yay PUPO!, sounds like a fabulous cycle. Lucky last I say, that's what my DD was, well so I thought, will be starting lucrin jabs tomorrow. Did you do anything different this cycle compared to your others?

Sugar - mmmm, just looking at your ticker, I was 36 wks + a few days when I left work, was sooooo over it by then, could hardly do anything active and just wanted to go home and do nothing. I spent the 1st week of leave doing all my last minute things but I was exhausted, couldn't budge a few steps at a time, I even abandoned a shopping trolley once cos I thought I was going into labour, had some massive pains, was just my body telling me to slow down. Then the moment I thought ok I can relax now my waters broke (I actually blew my nose and wooshka) . I had a planned c/s for 39 weeks then last ob appt brought it forward 3 days cos I said I didn't think I'd make it to D day & OB thought I was having a bigger baby, and turned out I was right, didn't even make it to the new date, DD was born exactly at 38 weeks. So I only had 11 days grace before bub arrived. Rest up.

Sugar - ps, bub wasn't big at all as suspected, she was only 2.8kg (6.4pd) so they do get it wrong.

baby......woohoo for being PUPO, that is great news on the blasties..maybe you will be our first twins... and some frozens as well...great news.
I hope you do not go too crazy the next 10 days...

Kismet..woohoo for injecting... welcome to the lucrin crazy train... great to have a cycle buddie

Sugar... yay for getting induced... sounds like you are really glad to have finished work... I finished up only a week before I delivered.. although my last week I only worked 2 days... but it was hard with sleep deprivation. I also went shopping the day they induced me..lol... crazy that I am.... I am unsure if I would do the same again.. the money is nice as I dont get paid maternity leave... I hope that I get to have that decision,
The ultrasound is often out on the weight estimate... Im going to go for a 3.1kg bub for you... so we will see....lol..

nelle...hope you are going well with your diabetes and bub is behaving...

well Im exhausted... my mother left yesterday, I dropped her off. a long day as it involved 350km of driving.. after work..so a late night.
I started lucrin last night as well so I hope it all goes well... I double checked my hormones and it is all nicely suppressed so no sign of any premature ovulation (touch wood)
Ive got 4 days off...which I need to recover from this week as I have a crappy cold and DD has it as well...thanks daycare. So Im exhausted..chugging back the berroccas and vit C. Im about to have a nana nap...

sugar - wow getting induced! they are scary pregnant words, makes it real, put your feet up and enjoy the peace and quiet for a little longer

Micca- you do so much, i get worn out reading all that driving, enjoy your 4 days off, sounds like you need it, not long and you will be going again

Nelle - glad bubs fluids are better? where do you inject? i cant imagine injecting into my tummy whilst bubby was in there !

Blue -I have never heard of all that bleeding, you poor thing, big hugs, you still looking at going in mid April ? think u will be cycling with Micca ?

Kismet - I did a few things different this cycle, lots of acupunture and with a chinese lady who i love, she massages my feet on the inside apparently it is good for the eggs ha ha, I also took a blood moving chinese herb thingy as it seems my blood was moving around my system too much, lots of bruising from cupping, which got heaps better after a month of that weird blood moving stuff.

I also did the Colorado Protocol, which today i realised i stuffed up a little bit! 2 many days of a medication, but the FS nurse tells me it is okay (oops)

Ended up with one in the freezer which confuses me as in my head this was my last cycle but seems if my twins dont stick i will have one more little go.

Micca - how to you check your hormones? Do you do a natural or pill cycle? I had to stop the berrocas I wasn't sleeping very well.

Babyplease - chinese lady sounds interesting, a foot massage would be devine. I ate 2 kiwi fruit a day for my previous cycle as it's suppose to be a natural blood thinner, I can't stand the sight of them now, everytime I buy any they end up going off cos I can't bring myself to eat them again. Hope the next 2 weeks go fast for you and you have great news.

1st lucrin done, haven't missed the feeling of that jab one bit. Here I go again, felling a bit nervous to be honest.

Kismet - I have been so busy this week, but soooo much to do before bubs arrives, I havent even set up her room properly yet ! Am going to paint some furniture tomorrow and do some stensiling on that and maybe the walls in her room too.
I had to laugh when I read that your waters broke when you blew your nose, every time I sneeze I hold my breath just a little .
Im hoping they are wrong about bubs estimated size (around 4kg ), but I have a feeling they arent, she feels very big inside me.....
Yay for jabbing, I understand the nerves though, Im so hoping this is a really good, happy ending cycle for you .

Micca - there is no way I could work up till one week before EDD, dont know how you managed that!! this time you can relax a little more before your EDD .
Im hoping your right with the 3.1kg guess, but have a feeling she will be way past that weight !! Glad you some a few days off to rest up, sounds like you need it.
So exciting that your jabbing again!! I really hope this is the cycle for you !!

Babyplease - hope those twinnies are snuggling in nice and tight . Yay for a little frostie too.

AFM - have been sorting out the PPL this morning, was on hold with centrelink for 45 minutes, crazy!! I went to the hairdresser on Wednesday for a cut and colour, feels so nice to have lovely fresh hair again .

Sugar - gee you're energetic to do all that . Meant to mention before, my friend is still waiting for centrelink to start paying her PPL and her son is 4.5 months old, so hopefully there is no stuff up with yours.

Great to see lots of good news on the board.

I recently spent a week in hospital with vertigo and high blood pressure which gave me quite a fright. I was 18.5 weeks at the time and they were talking preeclampsia and a non-viable pregnancy which did nothing to help me relax. I had the 20wk scan done then and it showed bubs was doing well which definitely eased my mind.

I had the 20wk scan repeated today (when it was originally scheduled) and all is great and it's a girl! So, apart from still feeling dizzy at times and still vomiting all is right with the world.

    best wishes to all
