Hi girls, sorry I havent updated. We are hopeing to go ahead with another transfer in July and we will be doing the assisted hatching on one embryo.
I took ill and I ended up in the cardiac ICU and in hospital for a couple of days. I had a couple of tests and I have to go back for another heart scan. It is OK the specialist said there is no reason not to continue with our FET but, I will have to be monitored during any pregnancy, that was going to happen anyway at least now there is a good reason. Next stage is day 21 scan on 14th June, Myocardial Physical Scan (not sure on the spelling) 19th and hopefully AF will arrive on time on the 21st so we can begin the medicated cycle. I have an excersise bike so I do 6 k's a day so if nothing else I am building my fittness levels back up again.

Hi, I am happy to hear such a good positive attitude and you had a good break away. I have my pelvic scan this Thursday and as long as AF arrives we are hoping to do a transfer in July.
I havent had a problem before with my heart, I still think it was due to stress and anxiety, Robs dad thinks that has a lot to do with it. I am so much better now, I am excersiseing every day, getting out int he garden and spending a lot of time sitting out ont he front deck in the sunshine. I am doing the meditiation every day and mentaly I am feeling stronger as well as phyisicaly. I have develope an inner ear infection, that isnt fun, it isnt too bad all day while it is nice and quiet but, Rob has a hearing loss so, when he has the TV on he has it twice as loud as I do and it hurts and I end up with a headache so, I put a little olive oil in them and some cotton wool and I can hardly hear a thing I dont have to hear anything I dont want too includeing him I can ingnore my hubby and he cant moan because about it.
I am due to go for the Myocardial Perfusion Scan on the 19th but, unless they can 200% garantee that the radio active crap will be totaly gone from my system within 1 week then I wont be haveing it they can find another way to do the tests, Robs dad has told me that this tests is not done up in Darwin as they dont like the idea of the radio active bit and that it isnt done in very many places at all anywhere in the world, so he told me if I dont want it refuse and demand a diferent type of test.
Ask about assisted hatching at your clinic, that is what we are doing next cycle, it can increase the chance of identical twins but, that isnt a problem is it
    Take care

    Hi Heather

    Sorry for being MIA.
You sound like you are in the wars. I hope all goes well with whatever test you decide to take and that your ear clears up soon.
I see you are looking at maybe July for next transfer. I might be the first week sometime.
I had US and BT yesterday and they have started me on 8 x progynova tabs per day. Next US and BT 27th to see if lining is thick then possibly tranfser after that.
I'm off to Qld to pick up mum and bring her home this weekend so won't be back untl next week.

    Feel better xxx

Hope your trip to pick up your mum was a good one.
I have decided to only have tests that are safe for pregnant women, that way I know there wont be anything harmfull in my system and Robs dad told me I dont have to have the Myocardial Perfusion Scan there are other tests they can do. My hearing is still off, everything vibrates through my head, as long as it is generaly quiet it is OK but, when the *******head a couple of doors away starts up his DRAG CAR and it is shakeing the house because it is so loud then I am because that hurts. I will have to report him I realy dont htink it should be on the road and there is no way it should be aloud in a houseing estate. I might just use the hormone factor and tell the polive if they dont do something I wont be held responsable for my actions. I can blame the hormones.
I had my scan this week and everything is great so, all I am waiting for now is AF to arrive around the 21st. I will start my Progynova on day one of my AF and as long as every thing is OK I will be doing FET around 3 weeks later so roughly the first half of July. We might not be too far apart.
    Take care

Hi the trip went well. Hardly any traffic coming home but lots of roadworks. I swear i will never take the pacific hwy again, I'll keep to New England (nicer scenery and stuff).
You go girl, I reckon I would be at my wits end with the drag car. I would definitely call the cops on the noise. We live about 10k away from Eastern Creek and can still hear the drags, races etc. (not that loud though)
I got paperwork from clinic when I got home and it had to take 4mg progynova twice daily. I had double checked with the nurse when she told me 4 tabs twice a day and kept repeating it to her. I looked at my box and the tabs are 2mg. So they were overdosing me on it with 4 tabs twice daily. Rang the clinic and was told to cut down to 2 tabs twice a day. Just lucky the head nurse was there when I rang.
Hope all goes well with AF coming your way.
    Speak soon

I take 4mg Progynova 3 times a day, that equals 2x2mg pills 3 times a day so maybe they wernt overdosing you, I know a woman who was on 4mg 4 times a day also. The lagest dose of pill they do is 2mg and when it is used for hormone replacement treatments that are notthing to do with IVF the dosage is diferent but, for IVF sometimes a higher dose is required and as it isnt a long term dosage it is OK. I have also read that sientific reports show that progesterone help to cancel out the effect that could possibly cause cancer, so it is quite safe to increases the dosage and it was highly likely that your FS wants you on the higher dose. I would check with your FS just to be sure, usuly the higher dose is needed to help the lineing to thicken.
I had the heart scan now I am waiting for the appointment with the specialist for the results. Was strange lyibg there listening to my heartbeat. Every so often I have 3 beats not two and then at other times I miss a beat, I now know what feelings go with each irregularity. I also have gained weight again, not happy, I am now doing 6/8 ks daily on the bike and I do it in 10minutes as well as running up and down the stairs all day. So I am thinking maybe my food alergies are getting worse and that is the cause of all the problems. So I am off to find a health food store with a naturopath to ask thier advise and I will be cutting out all gluten possible from my diet. Not nice when you work out realy hard and still gain weight.
Have a nice weekend I hope all progresses nicely for you.
I am still waiting for AF
