    Default Gender swaying a diet for a boy

    I thought I would start this thread for a list of foods to eat whilst gender swaying for a boy.
    Meat
    Salt
    Ripe bananas
    Eggs
    Peas
    Raisins
    Mushrooms
    Beans
    Zucchini
    Fish


    Never skip breakfast try to keep your glucose levels maintained.

    Folic acid- 2000mcg (4 tablets thoughout the day)
    Fish Oil- 1000mcg
    Robitussin starting at 5days before O and stop the day before O
    Lemon water daily
    Ural
    Pre- seed or egg whites
    charting temp and taking OPK
    testing Ph levels of CM want to be alkaline with a ph level of 7+
    Vit E, B12 and zinc
    DTD day before day of and day after O
    Ill think of some more and add them to the list

    I just read a recent article about taking evening primrose oil up until O day. Apparently it improves CM for boy spermies.

    Thanks for this thread I just had our second daughter 3 months ago but we want to start TTC in another few months as we want all our kids close in age...and this time around will be most likely our last?? I would love to have a little boy baby, so want to start any diet tips now and get my body happy and healthy

    Hokey Pokey I just read your Diary! OMG your are working hard! you get a little boy, but love the attitude that we all should be grateful for a healthy bub regardless of the gender - look forward to hearing more about your journey.
