Pavlik Harness causing day time napping

Please help me, my 4 month old daughter went into a Pavlik harness 2 weeks ago, she has settled well at night, with one or two wakes (waking once for a feed) but I cannot get her to sleep for more than 40 minutes during the day. She has 3 of these naps but she needs more sleep. And now she is fussing at her bottles, she will only drink half of the milk in her daytime bottles. I have tried to change her routine to feed, sleep play hoping that a full belly keeps her asleep longer but nothings seems to be working.

my DD only ever slept 40-60mins during the day.
now its either one 2hr nap or 2x60mins
