Kiz, I'm so sorry to hear you guys are back in hospital again. Hope they get the seizures under control soon, and that you get some answers. Its good that you guys are being transfered to a bigger hospital to get things sorted out. Thinking of you.

Yep our first born is our SN child too, I think I said it previously but hats off to you ladies who have more than one SN child or other kids to look after too.

How has everyones week been so far? Welcome 3blue&1pink. Nothing new here.

Good luck in the morning MHW I take my hat off to you. You story is amazing as well.

Well, we just got back from ED. I knew it was nothing serious but knew Willow had an ear infection and wanted to get on top of it quickly. We get seen super quick in ED - I think the tube scares them into action. And for those following W's journey - we got a good dr! For the first time ever at that hospital!

It sucks though. That's her 11th ear infection in 13 months of her life and she's only just gotten past being sick. Maybe it just doesn't end?

    Hi Ladies
3blue&1pink We also have issues with getting DS to gain weight he is very little for his age. You have probably thought of these things already but nutella/peanut butter. We also make milk shakes and smoothies for DS (milk, yoghurt, fruit and a tblspn of olive oil). We add nutella to fruit and yoghurt and lots of pureed foods. Cheese too and butter to vegies. Hope this helps. We are also on toddler formula too.
MHW- hope ur appt at westmeads went well. We have little zebra hearing aids DS has moderate loss in both ears.
Forever mine- I have also had a look at your story you are a very strong mumma. Thats no good about the ears, hope she gets better quickly and we had an ng for about 9 months it is a quicker way to get seen. I just used to hate how people would stare when out and about. Congrats on your pregnancy too.
mummyof9- I just saw that you were poisoned how awful. Its great that DS is enjoying learning now.
Kiz- Hope there is some improvement for your DD in Brisbane, thinking of you.
Hope everyone is having a good day.

the appointment at Westmead went well. Just a general check over. DS has to have a blood test to check thyroid and kidney functions. The lady who took his blood was rough and now he has a massive bruise on both arms.

We saw the kids normal paed today. DS has been diagnosed with silent reflux. He has a heart murmur so we booked an ECG. And he has a sacrel dympal so needs a back ultrasound.

The paed is concerned about DD's sleep or lack of and suggested to look into a stay at Tresillian or Karitane. Has anyone been to sleep school before?
