I am currently taking the prenatal vitamins containing the zinc folic acid and fish oils I think. Does he recommend the separate tablets though?
No worries, so many women to keep a track of here.

I don't think the prenatal vitamins contain the high doses he suggests but it's worth looking.

@Heyside Yep @mummymaybe is right about taking the tablets separately because of the dosage he wants you on The Melatonin you need a script for as it has to be compounded at a compounding pharmacy (just in case you're taking the homeopathic one from the chemist...not strong enough) though I know some other BH's get it online from o/seas (IHerb I think??) and don't seem to have any problems purchasing it.

    for your upcoming FET too!!!

@mummymaybe That's exactly the same list my DP and I were on (minus the DHEA..maybe he's not prescribing that anymore?? Actually, he won't if you're PCOS)

Anyhoo.... for your upcoming Cycle too I got my BFP on the second Cycle we did with him.

Thanjs BlondeinBrisvegas will look into getting those separate supplements then. Dh is getting himself prepared for taking supplements again after him having an easy ride for nearly 6 months as I have been doing FET. Thanks for info but yes I have the script for the melatonin and get it compounded.

We are ready to buy our supplements this weekend and get started so will be good to doing something in preparation. I had a phone call for a cancelation appointment today for tomorrow which I unfortunately cant make and think maybe I shouldn't see wazza yet until I have finished my current cycle, what do you girls think? Maybe I should contact them and tell them to take me off cancelation list for now?

Yay for getting started on the supplements. What a shame you couldn't make the appointment. @Ladydee did a cycle with her old specialist that Warren helped with and she got a BFP, she might be able to offer some help in that regard.

Mummymaybe - Im still stalking this thread ready to cheer you on when you get back into the craziness hun Xxx

This is what I suggested to Heyside....what does everyone else think?......

Doesn't take long huh Heyside?! I guess some of your options are......

Go and see him, come up with a plan for your next stim. He'll still examine you, thoroughly look at your past history, give you his opinion on what he thinks might be your biggest problem areas and how he recommends tackling them....he'll probably even add what he thinks of your current drug protocol which could help you ask the right questions of your clinic. He'll send you home with a bunch of literature to understand things better (and ask you about 10 times throughout the appointment of you have any questions). If you like, he might even order some more investigatory blood/semen tests while you still cycle with your current clinic....you are ofcourse free to say "yes" or "not yet" to this. Then if you don't get your very much deserved BFP with this cycle, it's all systems go for your next (that's if you liked the sound of him and his plans....you will ) stim cycle.

Or.... get your last emby moved to him for this last FET and throw everything at it.

Or....like you said, see if you could ring up in July to be put back on his cancelation list from then.

Or.....you could stay with your current clinic for this last cycle and also let Dr WDA tinker with your supplements and drug doses which is what I did. It was a little stressful at times (I thought I'd have to hide Clexane bruises at one point but didn't have to in the end) but do I regret a thing?......Nope. I would've had my 5th loss-in-a-row without a doubt. My FS (now Ob) is non the wiser and in my head, I was safely following only one FS's drug protocol.....Dr WDA..... and let my current FS do the hands-on procedures and let Dr WDA and his nurse know via phone call how each stage is going.

I was absolutely like you, mortified to ask my current clinic for my file to be sent to Dr WDA/Brisbane QFG Clinic. Such a traitor! I honestly felt like I was going to throw up and couldn't have felt worse than if I was arranging to have an affair on my husband! In the end, I only spoke to my clinics receptionist on the phone, took a photo and emailed her the consent form with mine and DH's signatures on it and none of my FN's or my FS/Ob has ever mentioned a thing about it so I really don't think they even know?

You'll make the right choice for you, see what hubby thinks Xxx

Hi guys I've got a question regarding those supplements. I was out of elivit so decided to try wazza's recipe. I didn't get the zinc in the high dose. Only in 25mg. Do you take all the vitamins at once or do you space them out? And the aspirin and melatonin when do you stop taking them in your cycle? And is int only for fresh stims or also for fets? Just trying to figure it all out! Thanks for the supplement list

    Hi Keiko,
I am a Wazza girl too and did the same regime. I generally took all of them at once in the morning but I guess if you have trouble with the amount to take you could probably split it up over the day.

With the aspirin you may need to take it up until 34 weeks. I am now 18 weeks and this is what I have been told ..

The melatonin from memory is only taken up until EPU as it is used to help with egg quality.

I have done both Own Egg and Donor egg cycles with warren. He only got me to take the melatonin for the own egg cycle. Because of this I would suggest melatonin would not be necessary for a FET.

I only did a FET with him so he didn't get me to take Melatonin but I took everything else all at once at night after dinner apart from the Berocca which I drank with lunch. I took and injected everything and slowly weaned from 13 weeks and was off everything except Elivit by 16/17 weeks as per my Ob's instructions (who Dr WDA told me to listen to after that). Best of luck!
