@Ladydee, He was my first choice and I rang in February this year to book a first appointment but decided to go else where because I couldn't get in until May.

Kicking myself now after a few failed cycles elsewhere.

    I'll let you know.

    Hi Ladydee,

I just popped in to this thread to see how it was going as I posted in here quite some time ago (if you look back through the thread you'll see a bit about my journey) and I now have a 7 week old bubba thanks to the wonderful Wazza

I noticed your question about multiple miscarriages and wanted to let you know that that was the exact reason I sort out the help of Wazza. I suffered 4 in a row. Please feel free to ask and questions you have or PM if you like

I know what it was like to be where you are now and the feeling of not knowing if or when you will get your bubba. I'm now on the other side of that and I really find it so surreal!!! hang in there though - it's worth it in the end xx

Has anyone had or know of anyone who has had success with Wazza after multiple miscarriages?

Also, does anyone know how his waiting list is at the moment....I'm in need of a miracle worker!

    Thanks ladies xx

Thank you so so much @OneLove! I went back and read this whole thread and your story is very inspiring, congratulations I'm just going through my 4th loss in a row also, though this one was a chemical so not as bad as the others where we got excited with heart beats on scans ect. I'm so sorry to read about your losses and I hope your lil bubba is starting to heal some of that hurt. I've been pregnant, miscarrying or recovering from a m/c since 20th Oct last year so I'm well and truly over it and ready for a change! So Wazza really changed things up for you? My FS and a different highly recommended second opinion FS both separately came to the conclusion that we've just had some really bad luck but.....there's nothing I can do about bad luck so I need to find the actual problem as I'm positive there has to be one! I can't just keep "trying" to hopefully find one that will stick, it's too heartbreaking I'm going to ask for Pregnyl, the NK Cell blood test and maybe if I can just try the Bondi Protocol regardless for my FET and see if any of that helps. I'll ask about PGD testing too but I'm still a little undecided about that as it's a lot of money and I'm still not sure if we need it.

I just reeeeeally want a FS who is pro-active and holistic in thinking/treating to help share the load of researching and new ideas to try.

    Oh definitely, he's your guy!

I can't believe how similar our stories are. Right from the number of miscarriages, to being told it was just 'bad luck' and knowing it was something more!

You'll feel so good after seeing Wazza. Like you're finally getting somewhere. He is so proactive. I did feel a little daunted after the initially consult but everything I went through was worth it as it resulted in my Baby boy who is asleep on my shoulder right now.

He will put you on an immune protocol regardless as he does that for all his ladies. It was exactly what I had wanted as I believe reproductive immunology was part of my problem. I also did the HSG with lipoidol flush. Not pleasant but I feel it played a part too.

Please feel free to ask any questions or pm me please let us know how you get on.

I'm seeing Wazza today!! I just got the call, very different to my original appointment date of 1st June. I may have done a little happy dance.

Thanks again @OneLove I was all ready to ask (again!!!) my FS about trying the Bondi protocol.....but he already had the scripts printed out for it all! I was seriously weighing up having a break until the New Year but I think I'll give it one last shot this year (since we're actually trying something new!) and then if it's a BFN or another m/c (please no!!!!) then I'll give myself maybe a three month break (unless I hear from Wazza ofcourse!) to recharge and regroup. HOPEFULLY I don't end up miscarrying over another Christmas as that truly sucked last year So the plan for me is a medicated FET with the Bondi Protocol and starting it all off with my least favourite drug Provera, from tomorrow to bring on my AF....bring on the hormonal/cranky Ladydee! My poor DH

@mummymaybe - yay for you!!! How did it go? If you don't mind me asking......pleeeeease tell me all about it??

A question for all of you lucky Wazza patients......after you get your BFP, do you stop any or all of your extra vitamins except Elevit?? I'm trying....
    *Metformin (I have PCOS)
    *Elevit
    *CoQ10
    *Fish Oil
    *Zinc
    *Royal Jelly
    *Vit D
    *Vit E
    *Berocca

With my latest BFP, I stopped everything except my Metformin, Elevit and Fish Oil.

Hi ladydee, I did stop everything eventually. Some things Wazza got me to stop right away, others I took for the first few weeks, and some I took up until about 12 weeks and my ob handled when to stop. All I take now are the things I was low in so iron, vit d and iodine. Good luck! I hope this cycle is successful for you, but if not I hope you get in to see wazza soon!

@Ladydee, it was fantastic! Warren is clearly a man who really cares about what he does and passionate is an understatement. I was with him for about 1.5hrs then chatted with the nurse as well.

He explained my previous failed cycles better than my old FS. All of his staff were lovely, something I didn't experience with my other specialist.

Be prepared for some funny comments. He told me to "stop smoking hooch and bring him my leftovers" (never touched the stuff), suggested that my husbands "nuts were fried" because of his profession. Then he asked if I was happy to do my husbands physical exam, I hesitated and he suggested maybe that was the issue!! All of this was fun and light hearted and I loved it. He has a wonderful bedside manner.

Warren was totally honest about our options and the likelihood of success and said that he will always be open about how things can improve.

We have the option if starting a long down reg cycle (never done that) next week or waiting until January. I really don't know what to do!!
