Has anyone been told that Flinders have reviewed there policy with antagonist cycles? and are no longer doing them or doing less of them???
I got DP to call Flinders on Saturday just to say that we are coming back next month and to expect us in about two weeks. They said on the phone they were reviewing all cases but would speak with us at first bloods next month. Then we got a call back saying that i'm going back on down reg cycle and that it will be a Syneral cycle again as opposed to the short cycle that i was swapped to previously.
I called back to ask the question as to why and was told that with bad results from the short cycle they were reviewing all cases with a new policy at the centre and i would be back on the long cycle.
It is really hard to argue the point but i must admit that i have lost some faith in flinders reproductive medicine. I can't say that i want to be on a regime which they haven't had good results with!! However, how can Repromed and other private institutions have such positive results and not Flinders???
Anyone else had this discussion???
